Every online order we've placed here has been wrong. The most recent order (10/14/23), was very wrong after asking the employee if it was correct before I grabbed it (I even put in the special instructions section to make sure the order was correct). I called to let them know, and the employee that I talked to was rude and she sarcastically asked if I wanted the $2.00 from her purse before she hung up. Won't be ordering from here again and I'll be contacting headquarters to file a complaint. It's not hard to read instructions from an online order print out

Went to the SubWay in Park Square North Smithfield. I was amazed at how clean it is there. Service is Excellent. The sandwiches are all Great. Prices are very fair. My new GO TO PLACE.

I ordered for the first time on the app to pick up for delivery-super easy and it was ready for pick up on time! Our ordered was not exactly right but when I called the staff was super nice and accommodating and offered to make us new sandwiches right away and even gave us some extras cookies for our inconvenience. I was very pleased and appreciative. Nice job Subway NS! ?

They no longer accept coupons that I received in the weekly mail. Prices for a six inch sub are ridiculous plus they now have a tip added to their final tab. I didn't like the new sandwich with the bacon as it was mostly fat.
