The lady that was helping me at first I believe her name was Kendra was great to work with and communicated with me with what I wanted, on the other hand her coworker I believe named was Andrew was very obnoxious and kept interrupting my order trying to talk with Kendra and when I went to cash out I paid with a $20 bill when my order was $14.56, and Andrew who was cashing me out only handed me a $5 bill back with no change and then immediately walked away from the register..love the sandwiches and the people there but don’t really enjoy being shorted my money

I stopped in being in a rush wanting something on the healthier side of what’s around for lunch. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and I like when the people making the food have a separate cashier so I don’t get money hand cross contamination. My big complaint is I asked for cold bread I don’t like toasted subs. They didn’t toast it but the bread was stale and hard as a rock. Subways are supposed to make their sandwiches on bread baked fresh that day. This bread was definitely not fresh. Hopefully the owner sees this review and starts throwing away day old bread instead of pawning it on customers. I’ll swing by in the next several weeks and update the review then.

SHUT IT DOWN. Time to kill the lights, draw the blinds, and hang up the aprons. This place is a slap in the face for all those that give their life to the art of gastronomy.

Bread harder than the rock of Gibraltar, a years worth of rotted peppers haphazardly strewn about, bacon burnt to ash, unmelted cheese due to not being toasted properly. I mean this is just plain bad. Our grandfathers laid down there lives on Omaha beach to give us the freedom to work at subway and give patrons what they’re paying for. This place has simply lost the plot.

The goobers that work there go out of their way and make a very big point to ignore basic instruction and make you regret ever being there.

Great service. We love this shop. Just one problem. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the sandwiches. Not sure what ingredient caused it. I got a veggie delight and my son and daughter got tuna. So must have been the lettuce. Hoping to not miss work tomorrow. 🙏

One of the better Subways around. The staff is awesome, very friendly and care about the customers. The food is always great! I drive past closer Subways to go to this one. Kudos!

I asked for the chicken NOT to be heated up, and the girl said that she had to heat it up, I told her I have spoken to the manager before and had gotten permission to not had to have it heated… the girl refused to listen and said she HAD to heat it, I told her to call her manager, she said she can’t. I told her to forget it and I didn’t want the sandwiches and walked out. This is ridiculous, why is it that no other Subway has an issue with not having to NOT heat their chicken? I will not return to this Subway! This is the 2nd time this has happened here!
