I usually don't give bad reviews but this place deserves it. The last time I went I got the cinnamon twist and a frozen Baja blast. The twist were fine but it took them 10 minutes to get me the frozen Baja blast. By the time I went to have it, it was completely melted. I would have asked them to remake it but I was on my lunch break and couldn't since it took them so long to get me the first one that I didn't think it would take them less time. My most recent trip (today) I stopped on my lunch break through the drive through instead of inside since it took a long time inside. A gentleman asked dif I was using my reward points and I said no. Then a lady came on and asked what I would like. I said 2 bean and cheese burritos but shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese. I had to repeat myself 2 times. She said 2 bean burritos and I said no and repeated what I wanted a 3rd time. Then a different lady came on and asked what I wanted and I repeated what I told the previous lady and had to again repeat myself 2ce. The second lady said 2 bean and rice burritos. I had to repeat myself again (6th time now). And the lady said ok would you like hot sauce I said no. I went to the first window to pay (almost $6) after the person in front of me was done. When I got my bag I opened it to check my burritos before leaving and sure enough everything I didn't ask for including hot sauce. I have it back immediately and let them know this is not what I ordered. After about 5 minutes of waiting I finally got my beans and cheese burrito back and made sure to check before leaving and it was correct this time. It took them 3 workers, almost 10 minutes, and me repeating myself 6-7 times for them to get my food right. Don't coming to this Taco Bell if you want your food made correctly and timely

They continuously gave the wrong items in my order. I ordered 6 things, two of which were the same burritos, and they kept giving either a different burrito or a random taco.

Took 40 minutes to get our drive through order, had to actually walk into the establishment to ask what was going on. Everyone was laughing having a great time while there’s a 10 car line waiting for food. They also didn’t give us anything we ordered! Just a bunch of tacos and quesadillas to make up for the fact that we waiting 40 minutes along with a bunch of free taco coupons lol. Such a joke I’ve never been in that long of a line for fast food and had such careless service.

Like other reviews on here, I also had very poor service tonight. The same girl working the drive-thru asked me to repeat my order several times when I just ordered one box. She kept saying she couldn't hear to every car in line when people were speaking loud enough to hear. On top of the poor service, they said they were out of 2 different flavored sodas asked for (i later saw the car in front of me get 1 they were supposedly out of). We waited 10 minutes for 1 box. The actual food was disgusting and barely had any filling. Parts of the chicken were burnt and the nacho cheese shell was stale and old. Being pregnant, I definitely do not appreciate this and won't be back. I hope I dont get sick or food poisoning from the gross tasting and looking food I was served 🤮 That's really dangerous for a pregnant woman.

Easily some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I placed an online order 15 minutes ahead of time expecting easy quick service, but being the only car in the drive thru we still had to wait over 20 minutes to get an order. It was only food for three people, it should never take this long.

The lady on the drive through made it obvious English was not her first language. I just think that if you’re working in a restaurant you should know at least some English. When I tell you I had to repeat my order 7 times I’m not even over exaggerating. She was asking me if I ordered stuff I didn’t even order. Like shouldn’t you know! The food was great however unfortunately I don’t see myself ever going through the drive through here ever again. I’d also like to say that it was the slowest drive through experience ever. Very unfortunate!

I had the worst service tonight from the girl at the window, ha I f fun with her friends, messed up my order, I went back & all I got was, “ Thats not my job to check the bags,” said with huge attitude! She needs to find a new job since she has zero people skills. Not sure how she got this job but she needs to be fired asap! I won’t be going back to this Taco Bell again. I’d love to give this person a zero for service
