If you can’t do your job don’t work there, this place sucks so bad, I haven’t had one timely order from this place in the last 6 months and I come here regularly, line is always insanely long, food is usually stale or cold, yall need new employees lol

If I could give lower than 1 star it would be a .1 the food is good the service absolutely needs to be fixed they take way to long to take orders 3 people in front of me at drive thru actually turned around and left something needs to be done waited over 20 minutes for someone to take order and to top it off they said they didn't have that anymore when it was right on the sign in front of me saying try something new

everything was dirty and I waited for 40 minutes for one order when there were only two other people in the lobby. Guy next to me said he had been waiting even longer on a smaller order. not only that, the tables were basically all dirty so there was nowhere to sit while waiting. Crazy

Where do you find your employees? Are they trained? Does anyone care? 30 minuets in a drive thru is crazy. Still waiting as I write this arrived at 8:50 because another taco place was closing soon and man it’s 9:20 now, should have went to the other place.
Not going inside because my two children are sleeping in the back seat. Haven’t ate all day and wanted some food for my hour drive

Yo this was on god the coolest one ive been in a while, there was a lovely lady with a lip piercing and she was an absolute blast to talk too on top of that they were very respectful and knowledgeable of there Dominican music, I hope you guys continue to make other people's evenings like u did mine >:3

I've been to this Taco Bell several times over the past year because it's close to work and they have always gotten my order wrong, I'm vegetarian and order through the app so there's no misunderstanding at the drive-thru but there's always meat in my food at this location. I won't be going back here because there's no QC at this location.

I usually don't give bad reviews but this place deserves it. The last time I went I got the cinnamon twist and a frozen Baja blast. The twist were fine but it took them 10 minutes to get me the frozen Baja blast. By the time I went to have it, it was completely melted. I would have asked them to remake it but I was on my lunch break and couldn't since it took them so long to get me the first one that I didn't think it would take them less time. My most recent trip (today) I stopped on my lunch break through the drive through instead of inside since it took a long time inside. A gentleman asked dif I was using my reward points and I said no. Then a lady came on and asked what I would like. I said 2 bean and cheese burritos but shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese. I had to repeat myself 2 times. She said 2 bean burritos and I said no and repeated what I wanted a 3rd time. Then a different lady came on and asked what I wanted and I repeated what I told the previous lady and had to again repeat myself 2ce. The second lady said 2 bean and rice burritos. I had to repeat myself again (6th time now). And the lady said ok would you like hot sauce I said no. I went to the first window to pay (almost $6) after the person in front of me was done. When I got my bag I opened it to check my burritos before leaving and sure enough everything I didn't ask for including hot sauce. I have it back immediately and let them know this is not what I ordered. After about 5 minutes of waiting I finally got my beans and cheese burrito back and made sure to check before leaving and it was correct this time. It took them 3 workers, almost 10 minutes, and me repeating myself 6-7 times for them to get my food right. Don't coming to this Taco Bell if you want your food made correctly and timely
