Went here on a Saturday night and boy was it crowded. Can see why though. Food is delicious. The rolls with their cinnamon butter is yummy. Staff is very outgoing and pleasant. Will definitely visit again for a great steak. Maybe on a weeknight though. :)

We arrived shortly before 3. The hostess was so friendly and pleasant. Our server (I forgot his name) was excellent He was so friendly and so professional!
I had the salmon and my husband a salad and burger. The salmon was so delicious! My husband's salad was so cold and crispy, he loved it. The burger was so fresh and of course, the rolls on the table were excellent.
We love you his restaurant in North Smithfield as everyone wants to be sure you have an excellent dining experience.
One negative was they had run out of coffee. Yes, ran out of coffee. I suggested they go to Aldi in the plaza next to them and get some.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place to get a decent hearty meal. They serve plenty of warm very soft rolls with butter that is whipped with sugar and cinnamon. Their burgers are huge. So big that they can be a challenge to get a little of everything in one bite. The steak was great. The service excellent.

Very busy but the food and atmosphere are the reason why! Delicious food. It was very busy, so some items were forgotten from our order. Staff quickly remedied it for us once known. The manager was friendly when doing rounds to each table. Fried pickles and sauce are amazing! Must try!

I have eaten at many Texas Roadhouses across the country but after last night I will never eat in one again. My steak (bone in ribeye) was the worst steak I have ever been served! It was very thin on outer edge and thicker near the bone. As a result, the meat near the bone was RAW! My son's bone in was very fatty and not appetizing. Did not complain at resteraunt last night because my grandson payed for the whole family and I didn't want to upset him. We were a party of 5 and ran up a sizeable bill. Can't say it strongly enough: FOOD TERRABLE NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Its Texas road house, its a chain. There isn't much to say about the food.
The service though!
The older gentlemen Michael was probably the best server I've ever had.
Fast, zero b.s did not forget a thing did not have to ask for a refill- nothing.

Sadly, not coming back. Sat at the bar. (Bartender was super sweet!!). I ordered a glass of Kendall Chardonnay and the bartender informed me that they no longer stock Kendall Jackson wine anymore (although they still have it on the menu). I asked what other “premium” wine replaced the Kendall and she said all they had was the Canyon Road Chardonnay, which was their “house” wine. Well, a glass of Canyon Road Chardonnay is VERY different (cheap/low grade) than drinking a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay!!! Way to go Texas Roadhouse on saving a buck!!! Lost my business.
