Kayley is a wonderful waitress! She is right on top of everything. She is attentive and checks in on you. She is friendly and doesn't need any basic reminders as to what is needed on the table. She's a step ahead of you and has a contagious positive energy about her. The food, service and atmosphere was great!

Great service. Prime Rib was a 4 out of 5 because it's a chain so assume it's a 5 lol!

I give it no stars, we waited to be seated for 20 minutes and then additional hour and we still didn’t receive our food. We watch other people who are sitting in line sit down and have their dinner brought to them then they apologize and gave us three tickets for three separate occasions for $30 off our meal. We had our children there. They were hungry and tired and offered to give us a free dinner. we said yes just to find out. They never even made it so we left hungry and upset. First time that ever happened to me and I really like going there. There’s no excuse we sat in the front booth next to the entrance. There’s no way you can miss us. I really felt uncomfortable and that it was being done on purpose sucked.

If I could give it zero I would. The manager was completely rude after the cook messed up 2 orders.. after we waited over an hour, alone for the appetizer…
Waste of time.. save ya money.. eat good else where.

Imagine ordering a hand cut steak then after it is served there are 3 people sweeping right around you. 1 person wiping the light in front of you, behind you and to the side of you. Then they were doing a deep clean with spraying all the tables around us. Imagine all the dust and dirt flying around in your food! Do not go to this restaurant after 7:30. You will think you are part of the cleaning crew. We should have got up and walked out. We have gone there so many times but always early. Never again. For any manager serving food thinking this disgusting cleaning schedule while someone is eating should give it up. My wife was cringing and she never gets upset.

My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for a late lunch, craving some mouthwatering steaks. We were thoroughly impressed. I indulged in a T-bone, while she savored a ribeye. Both steaks were delectable. The generous portions ensured that we were never hungry. As always, the rolls and the delectable sweet butter were a delightful touch. The customer service was exceptional, and they even extended me a military discount!

Food was fantastic as always, as was our server. The hostess was severely lacking. When we were notified our table was ready we went to the hostess station and checked in. We then proceeded to watch the two teenage hostesses seat two different tables of teenage boys that came in after us, and checked in after us, get seated while we stood there for another five minutes. Three of the four of us are Veterans, and I am currently in a boot with a cane due to military injury.

Food is always good enough. Service slow and meh, and atmosphere is always chaotic and loud. Plus you better really love country music if you wanna survive this place. I got the appetizer combo platter and it tasted good at least. Just your classic chain kind of place
