What are the original chicken crispy the large one the thing is flat and hard you try and call them. They will not even pick up the phone. I do not recommend to buy that at all. That’s not like it used to be you better off going to McDonald’s or Burger King

I just wanna say I am weirded out by AI taking my order and not a real person. But this was quickly forgotten when I went to receive my food and lo and behold was given an extra chocolate frosty. The man at the window at 10:45 pm was a hero. Not all hero’s wear capes, they wear red polo shirts. Somewhere Dave Thomas is smiling down from his Square Hamburger in the sky.

Absolutely horrible food cold, soda flat and the fact that they charge you for barbecue sauce on your meals no matter what it is is a damn shame. It’s like they gotta have $.50 extra when it’s supposed to come with the meal because every Wendy’s that I’ve been to your barbecue sauce, comes with chicken nuggets.
No biscuits at all what Wendy’s has no biscuits this one, Redicolus cold sandwich and very little portion of fries. Stay away from this Wendy’s, the one in North Providence is 10x better.

I understand shrinkflation, but this is ridiculous. This is all the fries I got after going through the drive thru, by the time I noticed, I was home. This isn't there first time they've messed my order up, butty it will be the last.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been. They put my salad in the bag sideways and open so when I took it out it spilled all over the floor. The food was cold and we didn't even get any straws or napkins. I have visited this Wendy's several time for my kids and the service is always horrible. I will not being going back ever again.
*Update* tried going again and it was even worse. All the food was cold and soggy and the soda tasted like water.
