Works look dead, makes sense on why every time I order here they mess up. I can’t even ask for a simple order without it getting messed up. Last week I asked for spicy nuggets they give me regular, so I kindle asked the cashier to give me spicy and they gave me the same thing right back to me. Just left with a unsatisfied stomach. Came back to get the new Nacho Burger, got a completely different sandwich. Place should just be shut down, slow and un tasteful place, rather just get BK & McD where I’ll for sure get my order right %100 of the time.

If I could give negative stars I would. They remade my baconator combos which cost me more than $26 for the two combos 5 times!!!!! 3 times through the drive thru and twice in the store where the manager on duty put enough mustard to make 10 sandwiches after 3 times putting mayo which I told them each time I could NOT eat for medical reasons. When I went in the store the "manager" on duty was standing in a group with two other female employees talking about customer derrogatively even though the line in the drive thru wrapped around the building. The "manager" on duty was the rudest, most ignorant and disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He accused me of trying to get free food which couldn't be further from the truth since I gave him back each baconator until he gave me back a whopping $7 and change when all i wanted was a baconator with ketchup and mustard no mayo. The only decent employee there was a young man with a gray hoodie on (not one employee had a name tag) who made the first and second sandwiches that he told me were entered wrong first by the cashier and then the "manager " and apologized for the error and was the only nice one there. The manager tried to tell us that there was only one piece of bacon on a baconator and tried to.pass off the double cheese burger from the biggie bag as a baconator even though we have bought baconator combo many times before. The rude woman over the intercom refused to do two orders for the both of in the car (we bought the 3 kids McDonald's which is where I should have bought from since it was hot, fresh and correct and we were treated like valued customers). When returning after we discovered the errors in our baconator combos for the first time the employee (a woman) over the speaker advised us that they were unable to take anything other than cash because their system was down which has happened on numerous occasions previously at this location. I also tried calling the corporate office and waited on hold for more than 22 minutes after which time the foreign representative claimed that she could not hear me and disconnected the call. The manager was also not wearing gloves on ready to eat food which is required by law by the state of ri. Run don't walk away from this location.

My personal complaint is that the burger itself was too cold for me, otherwise the food and Frostee is just like what I remember it to be the last time I visited this Wendy's, 2016ish. The party I was with complained about her order - the chicken was cold, the wrap was too small, and the edges of the wrap looked nasty. Her diet Coke looked nasty coming out of the dispenser, so the cashier gave her her soda from behind the counter somewhere. Overall, I myself would go back just for the Frostee alone...Wheelchair accessibility: I posted pictures of handicapped parking, but the entrance door was not handicapped accessible but can accommodate seated walkers

Plenty of parking. Making a left upon exiting the parking lot can be difficult due to traffic and being close to a traffic light. Staff could be friendlier, but at least they are not rude. This location can get busy, but service is usually fast. On several occasions they were out of stock for what I might have been craving at the time and ended up just defaulting to a number 1. Food is pretty good and drink options are great.

I ordered doordash at night time multiple times the night shift really is bad. I recommend at night not to come here. Cause they just don't do a good job at all. The door dice driver asked them if both sandwiches were in the bag they confirm both receive for the order was but only one Sandwich came. It's not the first time they've done something like this. They're bad the night shift is really bad honestly. They should have, like a manager, a supervisor working with them cause they are not doing there job
