This was our first time here. Awesome lobster roll playe. The owner also made our calamari exactly the way we wanted it. Could not finish the seafood platter.
Will definitely be stopping there again.

We went there for the first time to check it out & have a couple of lobster rolls.

Nice big chunk of lobster salad on a roll. Loved the fresh hand-cut fries! While eating at the counter we watched Dakota make grinders & salads to go. The portions were HUGE. She was very efficiently waiting on customers, answering the phone, preparing food, etc. Mike the owner & his wife Kristy are both very friendly, making us feel welcome & like we’ve been friends for years. We were there late while they were extensively cleaning for closing. This place is immaculate. As a bartender over 30 years, I notice a lot of little things.
They have a large menu, great prices, generous portions & a fun and hospitable atmosphere. Thanks for the great food & great conversation! We had a fun night! We look forward to coming back and trying more menu items!

My family and I ordered take out last night and this place is fantastic! Great portions and delicious food! The pasta dish was enough to feed 3 of us and the subs were amazing! Happy we ordered and now have our go 2 for takeout!

I’ve had lunch a few times here and it’s always excellent. Fresh high quality grinders, the chicken parmigiana is great. Very good breaded chicken, flavorful sauce and delicious cheese. Great fresh roll too. I also like the fresh cut French frys. Very filling for a very fair price considering everything is of high quality.

I’ve always ordered from this place and never had a problem. Today I placed a call and was attempting to place an order for pick up. The gentleman that picked up was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was asking the person I was ordering with if they wanted cold or hot tuna. He stated call back when your ready and hung up. I called right back and ask for tuna melt and fish and chip special, he says “wasn’t I just talking to you” I said “yes you hung up on me when I was asking someone something that was two seconds”. His response was “two seconds is a lot when you are trying to run a business”. I can understand a business must be extremely hard to run. But customer service is a huge part of running a business. This is not the way to treat your customers!

Stuffed haddock was horrible. Whole crackers broken up on top with calamari!!! Not stuffing at all. Ask for baked potato with 2nd meat and received french fries. Was way over 30 minutes wait time for take out.

Loyal customer but not anymore. Bad customer service while trying to order take out over the phone. He was quite impatient when placing an order and hung up on me!

Cows Tail is THE spot in Burrillville for seafood! The fried clams were perfect and the lobster roll was huge. The prices were just right. Cow's Tails is a must-try!

I can't even use 1 star for this establishment. I have never been treated so rudely.I made a phone call around 9:30a.m. to inquire about lobster rolls. The woman I spoke to said they would have some today but wasn't sure about when 3 orders would be ready. She said around 12:15. Said she would call me when they were almost ready. 12:10 I called to see if they were ready and the owner, a male answered the phone. He told me if the woman who is also the owner said they'd be ready at 12:15 I should take that as fact. He would not give me a direct answer and said "we're very busy here". As if I was bothering him. So I drive there, walk in and the woman is on the phone. I stand there as she totally ignores me and continues her conversation. Finally she points in the direction of the owner who is talking with a couple at the counter. Mind you, I'm the only customer in there waiting an order. So I walk to the counter and wait to be recognized except he ignores me too. It was as if I was invisible. I finally throw my arms up in the air and proceed to walk out. That is when he asks, "ma'am can I help you?" I said I'm here to pick up 3 lobster rolls and I said it with attitude. In the end I left with no food and him telling me, "I don't care if you eat here or not". Go ahead and tell all your friends how rude I am. I'm still trying to wrap my head around owners treating customers this way. How do they stay in business?

I ordered the BLT Grinder - it was Delicious ?... They were extremely busy today, as the parents brought the girls soft Ball team over for Ice cream ?. (SATURDAY) Even though they were extremely busy today the service was great and fast.
