Exceptional food, reasonable price, fantastic service. Owner / chef and staff are outstanding, welcoming and attentive. I have tried drunken noodle, yellow curry & beef rib pho, all were prepared fresh and with exquisite care. Clean, well lit and enjoyable dining space. We're going to recommend to all of our family and friends. A perfect spot for a delicious casual meal in northwest RI.

A gem tucked away in a cozy location. Terrific food and apps (we had chicken egg rolls, pad Thai, and chicken drunken noodles). We were in on a mid Saturday afternoon, so service was very fast and efficient. Pricing was also good for the portion sizing.

My husband and I used to love this place, we went weekly. After moving back to the area after 7 years of course we went to our favorite spot. We ordered the usual and upon arriving home discovered that one of the dishes we paid for was missing from the order. I called right away and my husband went back. The owner/manager reluctantly gave him the dish and basically accused us of stealing from them saying that we must have received it and lied about it. It was such a horrible experience we will never come here again.I am also a small business owner and would never treat a customer the way we were treated!!

Last 2 times I visited, I never got extra Thai spice. This is important because the level is never consistent. This time, I asked specifically and was told I had 2 tubs of spice.....good. However, when I went to pay I was given an amount with no detail. The server said: "I WOULD SEE THE DETAIL ONCE I PAID?????????" What is that all about? Who does that? The ambivalent server made an "ugh" spun a screen around to show me. I'm stupid, I still tipped her. I was being charged 2 X $1.25 (I only needed a little) for spices. Fine. However, the only reason I had to ask for it is because of the inconsistent levels. The food was so so. Not bad, not great. Only game in town. My advice is that if you want to avoid a server who is annoyed by you, inconsistent food, and being nickle and dimed, drive to Smithfield to Mai Tai on Pleasant View Ave.

Have gotten takeout in the past from here which was good and decided to eat in with a friend this week. A debacle of an experience!!First, my friend asked the waitress if they cook with MSG cause they have an allergy to it. Waitress says no, with confidence! I don’t trust that answer and ask the 2nd waitress if they cook with it. She says “I don’t know”. I ask her if she could please ask the chef and she does and comes back and announces “everything we cook has MSG in it.” It’s a good thing we double checked!I ordered the papaya salad and had to choose a heat level. I asked for spice to be a level 2 (out of 5 on menu). It comes, I take a bite and it’s SO fricken spicy it’s inedible. I like spicy but my mouth and throat were on FIRE!!Our waitress never checks on us and when we finally do get her attention she seems annoyed and put out. I tell the waitress my dish is too spicy and I can’t eat it and I need to order something else. She doesn’t even acknowledge the error as she takes my order and plops down the 2nd dish I ordered. And yes, we were charged for it.The restaurant had people sprinkled throughout the bar and at tablesboth eating and drinking. 15 minutes before closing (8pm) they suddenly cranked up the music obnoxiously loud, I’m talking concert level- deafening- we couldn’t even hear each other talk. This goes on whenall of a sudden at 8pm, the music abruptly shuts off and the waitresses start shouting out that’s it’s time to leave because they are closing. People still had drinks and food in front of them and they literally kicked everyone out!In disbelief, a bunch of us congregated in front outside and discussed the horrible service and rude treatment from the waitstaff. Everyone was saying “WTF just happened?” The waitstaff clearly didn’t want to be there at any point in the night and showed it with horrible service and attitude and the way they shut that place down and threw people out.If they don’t fire those girls and get better staff? They’ll be out of business before the summer is over!Needless to say we won’t be back - ever!! And if I had not already paid our bill prior to getting kicked out.. they would have gotten ZERO tip!!

Good food but the hospitality is questionable at best. Over the course of multiple owners we have continued to visit this location. The food is great! However, we walked in one night this week at 7:05 and sat at the bar. The restaurant closes at 8. Right off the bat we got the sense that we were going to be rushed. We order some food and apps. The apps arrived and we hadn't been given plates, napkins or forks. We had to ask for everything because they started cleaning up and didn't even notice we didn't have what we needed to eat our food. Once the dinners came out the bartender(s) continued to clean up around us, spraying cleaner on the bar relatively close to our plates. It was clear they were looking to get out right at 8:00! I got up to use the bathroom and I came back and my water glasses were removed and my spot wiped down. Clearly they wanted us out right at 8:00. Around 7:45 the music over the house speakers started blaring and I couldn't hear my wife sitting next to me. As we got closer the 8:00....the music was so loud!!! The check was on the bar and my wife hadn't even wrapped her portions to take home. Sure enough at 8:00 the bartender yelled "alright folks...it's 8:00...you don't have to go home but you can't stay here. We're closed!" My wife and I worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and the behavior of the staff on duty that night was absolutely unacceptable. There were three parties in the building supporting the business and to be rushed out the door is not good for the business. We spent $80 that night, not an exorbitant amount of money but no customer should ever be rushed out of a restaurant like this. Not sure I will ever dine in person if the same bartenders are on duty. A reputation of poor service can destroy a restaurant. Do better!

Had my first visit last night 1/10/24. Was very exciting to try the food. There were 2 women working. Neither provided good service, however, the older waitress/bartender (brunette) was incredibly rude. She didn't smile once, made you feel you were really inconveniencing her if you needed her. No other way to put it, she was rude and unpleasant. Awful and should not be in service. Around 7:45 pm ish, they started BLASTING the music to the point we couldn't hear one another. At exactly 8 pm, they turned off the music, made an announcement and literally kicked everyone out. Told everyone to leave!!! People were still eating and drinking. I've never experienced such poor management. If I were the owner, they would be fired especially the older woman (brunette). I'll never go back.

Had my first visit last evening for dinner. 2 servers were absolutely horrible especially the dark haired brunette. Neither smiled or made you feel welcomed. The older woman (brunette) was outright rude. She let you know by her pissed off face that you were inconveniencing her if you tried to get her attention. Around 745 pm, they started BLASTING the music to the point we couldn't hear one another speaking. At exactly 8 pm, music was turned off, an announcement was made and we were told to leave NOW. Horrible way to run a small business. They'd both be fired if I owned that restaurant. There were quite a few people in there too. Some were still eating and drinking. Totally unacceptable. I will not be back.
