Our server Marco was an absolute delight. Very attentive and professional. My wife and I loved his spot on table side wine service! Chef, when you put Gorgonzola Cream Sauce as an option to your filet mignon I would expect anything besides a cup of blue cheese dressing. Melted blue cheese crumbles at the very least. Thankfully the gorgonzola cream sauce did not come with an upcharge. I would consider changing the verbiage on the menu (however "correct" it may be) a side of blue cheese dressing is not the same as gorgonzola cream sauce.Please know that we had short ribs, filet mignon, and surf and turf. Each element of these dishes was cooked to absolute perfection and had great flavor!!!
