This morning we got the freshest and most delicious donuts I have ever had. It was filled with so much lemon curd it was almost bursting and the dough was soft and pillowey, not oberly sweet and not pily at all! 100% will get again and reccomended to any donut lover!

Working with Sue at Awesome Sweets was such a breeze. She is so kind and so talented. I went back and forth with the design I wanted for my wedding cake and she helped me to curate the perfect vision of what I wanted. I couldn't believe my eyes the moment we first saw it on our wedding day! and boy was it good!!! All my guests were amazed at the icing work and the fudge filling was to die for!!

I reached out to Sue for a custom cake and I am so glad I did! I first stopped at her booth at a local wedding expo, but this time I was looking for a retirement cake for my parents after seeing some inspiration on her social media page. I had some ideas in mind but wasn’t sure if/how they could be executed - as you can see this cake came out amazing!! She was so friendly, helpful and very thorough with taking down every detail to get the perfect vision. I went with her recommendation on making this a 3D cake and I am so happy I did. Everyone loved the design and the cake itself was delicious - so fresh! Something to also mention - this is a gluten, nut and tree-nut free specialty bakery for anyone with those sensitivities and still wants to enjoy a sweet treat. Thank you so much!! We got cupcakes and a wedding cake here for our wedding. I’m a huge cupcake fan and I was blown away at how good the cupcakes and cake were. Our guests loved them as well! Highly recommend for a wedding, any special occasion, or just a sweet treat on a rainy day. Thank you Sue!!

Came here for RI Food Fights and I chose their mocha cappuccino cupcake. The coffee flavor was strong and absolute perfection. I haven’t tasted many desserts like this - the flavor was amazing and the cupcake was moist.
The frosting was also incredible and had a nice, silky texture. I loved the little sticks as well.
The owner was super friendly and proud of her products.
I’ve never heard of this place before and I know now I’ll be back.

First time ordering a cake before and they did great! Iprovided an image of what I wanted and they did great at recreating what was wanted! Super friendly during pick up and the cake was good. Also was reasonably priced! Would definitely order again if I ever need a cake made in the future

Awesome Sweets made the cake for my daughter’s baby shower. We had a cake made for the baby’s gender reveal (different bakery) that unfortunately was inedible. I needed a recovery cake for our guests and this bakery did not disappoint! Sue worked with me to achieve the design I was looking for. We got the cake delivered. It came on time and was a hit. Cake layers were moist, it cut smoothly and the frosting is just right.. not overly sweet. The animals were hand made with fondant. We are already using them for our next event! Reached out to Awesome Sweets after the nut free bakery we typically use was on holiday break. After calling several bakeries Sue and the Awesome Sweets team were the only ones who could help make a custom Disney Cars birthday cake and also ensure it was allergy safe for our children and other guests. We were amazed with how the cake turned out and seeing the excitement on our son's face was priceless. The cake tasted as amazing as it looked. Very grateful for Sue and the Awesome sweets team's help and we will for sure be going back!
