Awful place! The smell in there was turning my stomach. It took almost 15 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries, the fries were old and hard they had to have been sitting under a heat lamp since the day before. I couldn't even finish the burger it seemed off. Stay away!

The drive through experience is insane. I've come through multiple times over the past year and have never received my order at the window. I am always asked to pull around and park. Every time. Not exactly fast food. The staff are at least polite about it and the ones running the food out are apologetic, but it's crazy that they have to do that every single time for a simple burger and fries order.

I asked for a plain cheeseburger and got ketchup mustard and pickles on it and theirs always people yelling at a worker for some reason but other then that it’s alright

The person that took the order was really nice but the person making the food made the food wrong. I was happy to get BoGo original chicken but I don’t like mayo and they didn’t put mayo on the first one when I checked the bag but when I got home I noticed they put mayo on the second one. So the first one was good with a salad the second one I was going to save for later but since it had mayo it couldn’t be saved and eventhough I scraped the mayo off with a paper towel it still tasted kind of gross.

Whoever is the cook on june 18th 2025 at 2:08 pm needs to be fired. Tell me how it takes 30 mins to make two double burgers when there isnt even a line. I watched this guy be completely lost back there, he had no idea what hes doing and the manager had to tell him like 5 things… BK raise your wages and hire a kid who WANTS to be there, not some old dread head who is clearly too stoned to be at work.

Went there tonight for one regular whopper and been told to wait for it at the parking lot instead. 10 minutes later, still waiting for my whopper. Mind you there was no line the entire time. Be ware of coming here at night
