Bad customer service from the morning staff older lady. TODAY AROUND 11AM.!!Daughter and I went in and she huff and look at us as we were bothering her. Then said something of Portuguese to the lady with glasses as we felt UNWANTED AS MY DAUGHTER STATED. THE LADY WHITE WITH BLK HAIR AND A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE!!! A GUY THAT JUST LEFT WARNED US THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN. HOPES THIS MESSAGE GETS TO THE OWNER OR MANAGEMENT. OH BY THE WAY; MY WIFE WORKS FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND WE ARE REPORTING HER, NO HAIR NET, TOOK PIECES OF MEAT RIGHT OUT OF THE FOOD TRAY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS. HOPE YOU GOT THAT !!! PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT PAY THERE BILLS!!!

I want to give one star and that's the reason why I'm ex-military my wife and I and family just started going to that bakery the three ladies in the morning with the exception of Maria we do not need to talk back we do not need the bad looks. When we go in there with smiles and are hard and working money we do not deserve to be looked down on or treated bad or talked bad to in a different language. Most of all every time that I did go in there always have a happy smile and always say thank you for being there. Bad attitudes we do not deserve it we work hard for our money and we spend it there. Auto personnel spending money there and they do not deserve the same issues some people don't have vehicles. some elderly do not have a chance to get around. Bottom line what I'm saying is that they shouldn't have bad attitudes. We as in the community are trying to support that store. Especially when it's a giant market down the street. Therefore giving one star is something I've done also I've seen other people that just went into that store have done also. They've all stated the same issue the bad attitudes from the ladies of the counter. But when you speak their language they are wonderful Portuguese language they speak to you. They speak to you with pleasure. Especially when you go in there. As a regular person somebody that's trying to spend their money there and there time

All the service staff is very polite. Except for one. She is loud, rude, condescending, and she makes fun of customers. This lady is the Portuguese lady maybe in her 40 or 50s. The Portuguese young girls and Cape Verdian ladies always polite and nice. I have been polite throughout and never complained until I saw her being rude to elderly woman just because she couldn’t remember correct name of item. I could shop there every week but gradually been going there less and less.If bad behavior continues, I may not go there at all.

Excellent place to grab some portuguese food, pastry, and dessert. Their prices are very reasonable. Everything seems to look and taste fresh. You have to try their sausage/chorizo breakfast sandwich; it's really good. I will definitely go there again. It's one of my new lunch options since it's not far from work. I recommend it.

I wish they had someone working the register. I have a 15 min break in morning time, and I TRY to go in there. 3 times in last 2 weeks I have went in waited 10-15 mins just to leave empty handed. All I want is 2 empanada, and I am on my way, have exact change and everything. No one says I be right w you. You sit getting ignored. That was the most aggravating thing, is to be ignored. Buut the food is Absolutely great!! No question there, it's just a matter of if you have the patience. Again, for a morning break no good. I do not have time like that.
Parking: Parking is in the back. You can also park in front or side on the street.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah tables chairs ect. Lots of great stuff in there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Maybe a bump going in but no stairs at all to deal with.

This place is not friendly. And the pastries I've been buying is not quality. The taste and smell of its bakery items have a foul smell. Creams in their goods are fake not natural. And for price it's not worth to buy them. If is costy why not make it out of good ingredients? Their Portuguese bread is great though.
