I ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza and received something I was very unhappy with. I usually order the same pizza, but this time it was completely different and honestly inedible. The crust was extremely hard, there was no seasoning, barely any cheese, and overall it looked rushed.
I called the store, and while I understand that fast-food places can be short-staffed at times, that should not lead to mistakes or unprofessionalism when handling an unhappy customer. Even though I did receive a refund and a replacement pizza, I was uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. When I tried to show them how hard the pizza was by tapping it on my dresser so they could hear the sound through the phone, I was told I wasn’t making the sound and that I was lying. The pizza was literally rock hard, and I was only trying to explain what went wrong. I don’t need to lie about a $10 pizza — the photos speak for themselves.
I also had to wait an hour and 30 minutes for the replacement pizza, and it arrived cold. I’ll have to reheat it, but at least it isn’t hard and crunchy. You can clearly see the difference between the two pizzas in the photos: one has seasoning on the crust, the other doesn’t; one has

1 star is every aspect. No proper training. This location has tanked. Go anywhere else. Burnt, skipped sauce on tots. Raw, uncut, non proportioned cheese(it’s all in the middle dry on sides) pepperoni cheesy bread. The past 4 orders here in two months have been throw in the trash with no concern from management when contacting the store.

I placed an order on the app and I didn't even know it was outside. I know I placed a contactless order but I live on the second floor and I was never notified it was outside, they usually call me to tell me it's outside. By the time I went outside to check the pizza was cold and one of the boxes were stepping on.

Placed an order on their app. App changed the address and the driver refused to drive two extra minutes down the street to bring me my order on top of giving me an attitude about the issue same goes for the employee who answered the call at the store. Both employees completely and utterly unprofessional.

I was pretty upset going to Domino's for lunch I called corporate now waiting for response from the team everybody knows as I was walking out the door and they said gay and they would not help you with my order I already called corporate I didn't get my pizza I was really pissed off they're making fun of me saying that I should be wearing what I had on why has the cover my hair and remission from cancer and that hurt me really bad when they were talking about me right in front of my face I eventually left because they would not help me with my phone app for Domino's. I hope it corporate handles them like they should handle this situation. They were all young kids talking about me and my face play I wasn't there.. I never got my free Pizza.
Kid-friendliness: These young kids had no morals or respect for me as a customer.
