When ordering delivery pizza. I should not have to walk a street over to get my pizza because the delivery driver is too lazy to delivery to the right address after being told he was at the wrong house and he refused to leave that location and then give me attitude about it. Delivery is to the door. Not the street.

They can make mistakes like ANY business but they’re friendly and will make up for it. Dominos is highly reliable for the same good quality garlic crusted pizza.
The sun I ordered has like 5 pieces of “steak” on it, and this isn’t anything new, I don’t understand why they can’t add more toppings than this, it’s also burnt probably because they toasted basically just cheese.

“I ordered a pizza for pickup because my wife and I were very hungry. I picked up the pizza at the counter, but when we got home, we realized it was incorrect. It came with a different sauce than what we had requested and with onions, which my wife does not eat. At first, I thought it might have been a mix-up, so I let it go.
However, later that same week, we decided to give it another chance since we got home late from work and needed something quick. This time, I made sure to emphasize our order and mentioned the previous mistake so that they would be more careful: we wanted the correct sauce and no onions. To our surprise, when we opened the pizza, everything was wrong again.
Frankly, it’s clear that this pizzeria does not pay attention to customer feedback. The lack of care in their service completely ruins the experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. It does not live up to the franchise’s reputation, and after these incidents, I will not be ordering pizza here again.”
