first timer. guess after a certain time you can only order from a makeshift window. ordered a combo, asked for flats, didn't get them, person taking my order was friendly but also forgot my drink in addition to the flats request. only got my drink because I remembered as I was walking away. didn't give me any napkins until I asked, either. got lemon pepper wings, flavor was fine, size was small. tostones were basic.
Ordered 16 wings (10 honey hot, 6 garlic parm) and while the quality of the food was on point - getting 15 drums in an order of 16 is a bit disappointing.
Not sure why they decided to do that and not exactly jumping to order again with that kind of outcome. Real strange and not at all what a normal wing order would look like.
