Took 20 minutes to get a coffee…
Most of the employees sound/look like they’re baked.
They were out of coffee milk, out of oat milk and out of caramel. Always seems like they’re out of something.

I work down the street from here and stop almost every morning. The crew members are so rude to one another. Food comes out burnt, the bacon dehydrated without the proper amount of seasoning. I ordered a bagel today and there was a pound of cream cheese on it. The lady at the front counter is miserable as well always has something to say to a costumer or fighting with other crew members.

This place gets my order wrong or the food is inedible more than half the times I have been here! Dunkin donuts on Eddy Street is the best one! I will literally drive there from North Providence before going to Colfax St.

The drive through is the longest wait. I sat in the line for 20min before even being able to order. Not sure if the company needs to hire more people or train them to take more orders at once. Just ridiculous to have to wait so long.

We would like to thank Christine and Team Dunkin Smithfield Av, Pawtucket RI, for their amazing team , their kindness and friendliness to our dad and his friends over the many years they have held court at Dunkin dad in and day out. We celebrated our dads 90th BDay (a little early) with the Dunkin Team and his Dunkin Friends.

The coffe is completely burnt and the food was alright the hash browns were burnt too. Disappointed I been there a lot and thr cofffeeee is always burnt

I always go to this dunkin donuts because is close to my house. Some of the staffs are so rude, racist, and disrespectful. Most especially the older woman who works there in the morning. She's too old to behave the way she does. She's always messing up your order, and when you try to tell her she starts to be disrespectful towards you. I'm never going there again.

I am done with this place. Overpriced coffee and inconsistent. I wanted a refund, and two different people insisted on remaking my drink instead until I got annoyed and just said fine. That's the last time I will ever visit a Dunkin Donuts.
They're out of stuff early & often. Could be just super busy, or not stocked enough. Staff is very pleasant and the line usually moves quickly.

Went to this dunkin 3/30/2025 in the afternoon about 4pm to grab something to eat ... I asked for snaking bacon 🥓 well done, hashbrowns well done, M blue raspberry colada, and a plain raisen toasted bagel with butter.
Instead I got: burned smacking bacon ( black in color), undercooked hashbrowns, bagel drenched in butter (the butter was literally dripping from the rapper, trough the bag).
Customer service was poor: the person literally crunched up the bag before giving it to me like it was her food she was bringing home with her.
I went back for the burned bacon, they gave me another one with less bacon now... for a 3rd time I went back and finally asked for a refund they told Me that there is nothing that they can do bc Michelle (manager) was not available to answer their call. Asked for a receipt they also said they cannot provide me with one, so basically I left with a random note that said to go back another time to talk with a manager for a refund.

Waiting time for each order take so long
I've been here three or four times now, and every single visit, the service has been exceptionally slow. There's one girl who's making all the drinks. Meanwhile, the manager just stands by the drive-thru, directing her instead of helping outbarely lift her own finger to any coffee orders.Eventually, the girl apologized and made my coffee—I felt bad for her. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. They really need better management. 15 mins for 2 drinks and two donuts.
