Went to this Dunkin donuts one morning thank God I did not have my granddaughter with me because when I was waiting to get my coffee one of the girls that were working that morning and all she kept doing was cussing and yelling about another employee I found that so unprofessional so I decided I will never go back to this Dunkin donuts again!!!Kid-friendliness: I would recommend not to take your children into this dunkin' donuts you never know who's working and what's going to come out of their mouth

The staff here used to be so nice and got every order correct. Recently staff has been rude and every order I've gotten is wrong. I tried to order a coffee flavor, "the girl says "we don't have that." Tried to order a muffin, "we are out." Got to the window and she says "what did you order." No manners or customer service at all. Didn't receive the flavor in my coffee and the food tastes like over is dirty. I'll be heading to another location from now on, which sucks because this is the closest to my house.

The bathroom is a total disaster completely unstocked and zero soap, no dispenser. Very messy. Employees here are very lazy.

The coffee is disgusting. I've tried soooo many times to give this place another try hoping it was just an off day or something but these people do not know how to make coffee. The amount of times the coffee is watered down, burnt, not made correctly is ridiculous. They need someone in there to teach them how it's done. The parking lot situation is absolutely horrible as well. The line for the drive thru goes directly across the parking lot so if you park and go inside, you can't leave the lot until the line dies down. Once you do if you need to turn left at the corner, good luck getting across traffic. Since they implemented a new automated robot to take your order the drive thru is slower! How is that possible?!! Not to mention I don't want to talk to an automated sound before I've had my coffee. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else! Any place has to be better than this location.

Its crazy how terrible dunks is with a strangle hold around coffee. Switched to this dunks cause the closer one gave me terrible coffees for months. This one forgets sugar somehow repeatedly had to stop at a second dunks on my way home ..useless business owners for this cheap dunks. If i invested in a dunks i wouldnt allow so terrible
Every time the person working the sandwich station messes up my sandwich. Last Saturday they forgot the EGG on my sausage EGG AND cheese. And last I checked bacon strips came on a sandwich not bacon bits
