I had went to another Dunkin and the order of my coffee was terrible and bad but I had a feeling the workers here wouldn’t screw up an order so I went in and asked if they could fix my order and they were really sweet and nice enough to have fixed my order for me I definitely recommend going to this Dunkin for tremendous service

I placed a pick up order, it is odd. This is the first Dunkin that has gotten it right but also made it beautiful. My egg was in the middle between the double sausage and double cheese. Perfectly centered in the bread. My hot chocolate had the mocha pumps and double expresso and it was mixed! I use to work at Dunkin so I know what (my special) hot chocolate tastes like and they did it right the first time!
The girls knew the regular customers, the place was clean and cheerful. This isn't just anouther Dunkin, this is the local coffee shop who cares for their customers.

Customer service always wears their name tag, asks if I want a receipt, very respectful compared to Armstice Blvd. very demure.
They never remember bakery items for mobile orders and to wait around for someone to help you and get it just adds time on to the morning routine so I just leave. I’m out so many free donut points lol

Was there yesterday around 4-5pm. I got a small coffee and 12munchkins. Coffee was very weak. Munchkins were as hard as a rock ..That's it for me going therebut they were very friendly..

Came in to order a hot chai latte at 5:26 pm and was told they couldn’t make it hot because they turned off the latte machine. You close at 6 pm why are your turning you machine off half an hour before closing if your doors are open your machine should be on. Will not be coming here again.
