Made exactly what I asked for which other dunkins seem to not be capable of. Great service I'll be back while I'm working in the area daily. Normally I don't like Dunkin to be honest so great job. I wish there was a drive thru but parking wasn't an issue

I placed a pick up order, it is odd. This is the first Dunkin that has gotten it right but also made it beautiful. My egg was in the middle between the double sausage and double cheese. Perfectly centered in the bread. My hot chocolate had the mocha pumps and double expresso and it was mixed! I use to work at Dunkin so I know what (my special) hot chocolate tastes like and they did it right the first time!
The girls knew the regular customers, the place was clean and cheerful. This isn't just anouther Dunkin, this is the local coffee shop who cares for their customers.

They never remember bakery items for mobile orders and to wait around for someone to help you and get it just adds time on to the morning routine so I just leave. I’m out so many free donut points lol

Was there yesterday around 4-5pm. I got a small coffee and 12munchkins. Coffee was very weak. Munchkins were as hard as a rock ..That's it for me going therebut they were very friendly..

Came in to order a hot chai latte at 5:26 pm and was told they couldn’t make it hot because they turned off the latte machine. You close at 6 pm why are your turning you machine off half an hour before closing if your doors are open your machine should be on. Will not be coming here again.
Went in today to get some food and drinks. Was waiting in line (1st in line) with a large line for 10 mins without an acknowledgment. Now granted they were busy, buuuuuut at least a "hey, we will a little slammed but one of us a I be with you shortly " would have been nice. But 3 employees passed me at least 6 times total and none said a word to me or the people behind me.Worst experience at a dunkins I've ever had.Won't be going back.

This is a good branch. Organized and clean. It doesn't have a drive-through, unfortunately. They, sometimes, miss details on my orders because of being very busy. This is not the only Dunkin that does it, though.

Place is basura/trash. Dunkin Donuts is the name, but making/having donuts ain't the game. Quick to push that nasty bitter coffee on someone but won't make donuts for the customers. Went to get half a dozen today just to find out they had no donuts. No glazed, Choco frosted, strawberry frosted, Boston creme, jelly, or coffee rolls. Why even open up when you don't have the items in your own name??? What a waste of time.
