there's a girl who works there in the morning and drive through her name stessey.. she's very rude. Refuses to wait on me because of an outside problem that I have never brought inside the end of the day that's your job. I'm a customer. You don't have to like me, but you need to wait on me just like any other customer. she also flirts with every man that walks in there constantly flirting with the guy at the Sandwich station. The morning crew there's constantly playing around, not taking care of customers. I am going to call and write a review every day until something is done with Stacey. She pretty much told me to call corporate pretty much saying the boss doesn't care. I'll still be here. something needs to be done about her. That's not someone you want represented Dunkin' Donuts. There's too much joking around in there in the morning going back-and-forth on the speaker like grow up and do your job like I said I will be writing a review every day about her and Colin corporate and call the store every day to complain

If I wanted to put cream cheese on the bagel myself I wouldn’t ask for it on it and I wouldn’t pay 3.50 for it. Coffee is always burnt no matter what time of day. I don’t have a complex orders. The workers are angry you even showed up. Cumberland farms does better.
They have zero accountability when making errors and tried blaming me. They also keep making the mistake of using regular iced coffee when I specifically ordered Cold Brew which is pricier. First shift doesn’t set up the second shift so those small batches of Cold Brew aren’t always available. Horrible customer service even though location is convenient. Should invest in learning how to properly prepare a beverage and remedial training in customer service skills because they’re severely lacking. Hey Dunkin, this is a MANAGEMENT problem!
A big thanks for finally cleaning the expresso machine and then telling me it’s down for the rest of the day. You have employees that don’t want to work obviously.

Friendly people. Unfortunately it's in a gas station and is a huge hustle and bustle place. So they get a lot of business. Which leads them to crumble under the pressure of cranking out orders. So definitely check your order if its correct. I can't tell you how many times my ordered isn't correct or I pay for something extra on my food item and I end up losing money cause they don't fully read the order screen. This is just fair warning
