I adore their staff but “unprofessional” is short of a description… I guess it’s evident in the other reviews 😕, honestly I love the atmosphere and clearly (to me) the issues people are having seem to come from dealing with overworked baristas. I’ve been inside and they certainly weren’t rude in any way but they are very busy (with drive thru/door dash) every time.

Great staff, they know my usual order when they see me and if they miss my order or some issue happens they have gave me a free doughnut!, they are so nice! They always make my latte good and consistent:)🤍🤍🤍🤍

Recently I was at this DD and I placed some orders online to see if the service would have been little faster but no, I waited 10 minutes in in the drive thru line. When I got to the windown a rude lady came up to me with my order excepted the donut I had ordered for my son. Without any explanation she walked away. I waited couple seconds and called her to inform I didn’t get the donut. Her answer was what do you want me to do😱. At the moment I didn’t Believe she told me that. I told her well I paid for an item and I’m expecting to get it . She told me the app doesn’t know they don’t have the donut flavor I asked for. I told her , well your job is to inform customers the item is not available and offer another flavor to customers. Once again she walked away. Another girl came and I explained her the situation and she offered me another donut. She was nice and actually gave my son an extra donut. I do believe they need to seat and train some of their employees because it has happened several times.

FIRE HER. I’m actually so fed up with curly black hair, terrible lash extensions, double nose ring teenage girl taking my order in the front. She has an attitude with me every time, she OVERCHARGES me. How does a small iced coffee and one bagel $9+ and will not give me my itemized receipt. Because of her, I steer clear of this franchise location. Extremely disappointed because the morning crew is GREAT. but she ruins my whole day. A dark cloud just covering all the positive energy the other great workers express.
Also how is this bagel “toasted dark” mind you I tell them twice every time. In front and I make it an appoint to yell in the back to the cook toasted dark. Dough per usual

Staff in this location need to be retrained on how to make coffee, I asked for a small ice latte caramel swirl almond milk on the lighter side and I got a cup of straight almond milk and no espresso
Seriously how hard is it to make a coffee? I worked at Starbucks for two years and it was like the easiest thing but to the people who work at this Dunkin Make it seem like rocket science when you ask them to make a simple latte. It’s a role of the die if my drink is going to be good or not.
