Ordered a cold brew, got an iced coffee 85% full with a hair on the top of it. Pointed it out and he said “ya it was all we had left in the batch”

This is the first Dunkin' I've been to that has no "inside," only a drive thru and outside pick up window. You can still order ahead with the app, or use the delivery services. Seems like the drive thru is their main business. The outside window seems like an unplanned afterthought. Great for the delivery drivers to not have to wait in the drive thru line. Not so great for the people who have to stand out in the weather while waiting to order or pick up. Food was hot and correct.

worst dunkin’ donuts out there, everytime i go the workers are always in a bad mood, like stop coming to work if you’re just going to be rude to the customers, you’re getting paid to be there anyways but yall still got an attitude for no reason
30 minutes before they close today, I asked to get a hot chocolate. They said because they are closing in 30 minutes that they are only able to make cold drinks.
Hours at the store should say we don’t serve any customers because we are already focused on closing.
The other day I come into the store for a mobile order to be told the latte machine is down.
This place is going down hill in a hurry.

For some weird reason the frozen coffee machine is always down.. I went 5 days in a row. It's like they're lazy and they just don't want to do their job. When you ask for a frozen coffee you can hear an attitude over the phone like they don't want to make it..

Poor service
These comments aren't wrong. My partner went in to pick up a mobile order and he simply asked her if she spoke Spanish instead of politely just saying no she turns to him and rudely says "we're in the USA not Spain". I'm sure when she's traveling to other countries she isn't learning their native language in order to get around. There's so many better Dunkins' in the area, go there instead.

I simply went to pick up a mobile order and got screamed at by an employee during the drive-thru because they were out of almond milk. I simply could not understand what she was saying and I asked her" I simply could not understand what she was saying and I asked "" I'm sorry I couldn't understand you through the speaker" and she screamed at me three times with intense attitude and it was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I understand people have bad days because I've also worked a minimum wage job but this was completely disrespectful and when I asked her to please not yell at me she told me to "go get my money back through the app" and to "go away." Management needs to look into this because I never write reviews about anyone or anything but I cannot handle rude disrespectful people for something as silly as I couldn't understand what she was saying through the microphone. I could understand if maybe I was giving attitude to her but all I did was ask to repeat herself.
Just went through the drive through and the lady was rude, impatient though they were not busy and was Noone behind us. She said to us twice "like the sign says". We were traveling from Il and got off track. Unfamiliar withe the area and my SO who was ordering has learning disabilities.

Two just because the two gentleman were extremely polite. Check your cashapp. Ordered pmpkn turbo ice and kiwiwtrmln refresher. Upon arrival neither drink ingredients were available. Sure enough they still charged my child's cashapp. I disputed twice and the insisted to cashapp I received my order. Twice cashapp denied my claim. 15.05 they tried to steal from my child's cashapp. Had to contact corporate within minutes received email from manager that was not even in that day had to drive 1 hour back and forth for refund. They didn't even offer a drink ? and the young lady that refunded my money was ignorant like i was bothering her or it was coming out her pocket will never ever return. But the two guys they're good ppl I appreciate them remembering I did not receive my order
