If I could give zero I would. This place sucks and their workers clearly have zero common sense.
It’s sad how the order shows on the screen so all the workers need to do is COUNT. When it says 20 munchkins- don’t stop at 10, please learn to count.
Anyways, 3 horrible experiences here- 1st was thru the drive up- lady was miserable and not welcoming whatsoever- def not the voice of someone I’d be happy to have serving my coffee- just rude- you’re on the speaker, you need to at least fake being happy.
The other 2 were both through DoorDash and they got BOTH orders wrong.
The first one they missed 3 items from my order- as stated above, if my order had 5 items in it, COUNT what’s in the bag before you close it and you’ll find out it’s wrong.
After reporting that order I reordered, and again they messed it up. Hash-browns had no cheese or bacon, and half the munchkins were missing.
As a previous dunkin worker, this location is a disgrace- the manager should be appalled about their employees. Need to replace all the workers and get happy ppl, maybe then people will be happy to go to your store bc orders will be right and people will be welcomed, but now you lost another customer bc of it.
I went this morning through the drive thru order a LG hot latte but they gave me a regular coffee with sugar and they charged me for my latte price smh and there is no snickers that's says what kind of coffees it is. I know the difference between a latte with no surgar. I tried to called them twice but no pickup.
first thing I’ll say is… should’ve looked at the reviews of this Dunkin’s before going there. NO inside, only outside order pick up window or drive thru (although mobile app doesn’t clarify this). didn’t have a SINGULAR alternative milk in the store, offered us skim
or whole milk, I’m allergic to dairy, thanks. this was after it already let us mobile order the oat milk drinks as well. rude staff, wouldn’t provide a refund, and not to mention everyone in the vicinity of this location (customers included) was confused and lost due to the absurd setup and design.

Had a terrible experience here. The person operating the drive thru speaker was absolutely unintelligible and when I politely asked her to repeat herself she seemed annoyed by my request.
The worst part is they got my order wrong with something I cannot eat. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich (I don't eat pork) and when I got home to open my order I was disheartened to see what I was given. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

Everytime i come to this particular dunkin they never make my caramel creme frozen coffee right and when trying to communicate with the workers they are very rude and dont even bother to listen then try and argue with me and tell me how to order my drink i never have any issues anywhere else but this one dunkin i wont be ordering from here again and btw you still didnt make my drink right.

Dunkin has always been my family and I go to place for a quick breakfast. Typically our experience is great until today. As we were waiting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins, we finally pull up to the window and I see one of the employees with a vape in his hand with GLOVES ON! He goes around back then comes back around with the SAME gloves on that he had his vape in. You may ask how do I know that it was the same gloves (based off of experience, you can tell when the person has been having the same gloves on for a very long time). Furthermore, I cancelled my order as obviously that’s EXTREMELY unsanitary and I was not going to give my child that food especially witnessing cross contamination. I want this review to come across this young man and serve it as a lesson or example that we understand fast food can become extremely stressful and we have necessities but please take a moment to do that outside and wash your hands and change your gloves. The amount of bacteria in your hands then going to touch food can make someone very sick. Please understand the seriousness of this and take it into consideration for others especially children who are also eating this food.

The worst Dunkin I ever been to I live next door and everytime I go the people there are rude and never make my order right I keep trying to give them another chance but they fail EVERYTIME and today was the last straw every other Dunkin around is phenomenal, but this one in Pawtucket is the worst Dunkin in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts

This is the first Dunkin' I've been to that has no "inside," only a drive thru and outside pick up window. You can still order ahead with the app, or use the delivery services. Seems like the drive thru is their main business. The outside window seems like an unplanned afterthought. Great for the delivery drivers to not have to wait in the drive thru line. Not so great for the people who have to stand out in the weather while waiting to order or pick up. Food was hot and correct.
