I have gone to this location various times times and the service is always horrible. The staff is unpleasant, the wait times are ridiculously long, and the orders are never made properly.

I’m not gunna lie, since the new management sign went up I can see this store is starting to turn a good leaf. Coffee is fresh, the employees are much more polite and attentive. And overall Quality is much much better. Keep up the good work.

So i ordered coffee here from the hotel we were staying at and drove to get it, not much parking but you gotta understand its RI theres not much area in the city compared to what im used to having coming from a rural area. First walk up take out window ive sen at a dunkin and i been going to Dunkin for over 20 years daily

The worst Dunkin in the state. They are all rude figured I’d give them a try with the new management sign. They almost always forget to give me my donuts. I ordered on the app the didn’t have bagel twist and I told them to get me a regular plain bagel instead, they didn’t even give it to me. The lady who was at the speaker was rude and the cashier. I should’ve never went back to this Dunkin.

I saw an employee open a bag of bagels with her teeth and then put them with the other bagels to be served to customers. Also, my friend waited 5 minutes for them to put a donut and a muffin in a bag and when she asked about the order (because it said it was ready on the screen) the employee just stared at her, silently put those two things in the bag, and then handed her the bag all while staring blankly and not saying anything. The whole experience was so weird!

It’s bad enough this Dunkin closes way earlier than all the others, but it’s even worse that the employees always decide to close even earlier. On top of that there always rude and there service is always poor. This Dunkin sucks, don’t waste your time going, chances are it’ll be closed when you get there.

This is now the third time that I went there and they continue to make my order wrong because they’re too busy having a conversation I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel and they literally just gave me a plain bagel with nothing inside and the paper literally says bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel.

If I could give zero I would. This place sucks and their workers clearly have zero common sense.
It’s sad how the order shows on the screen so all the workers need to do is COUNT. When it says 20 munchkins- don’t stop at 10, please learn to count.

Anyways, 3 horrible experiences here- 1st was thru the drive up- lady was miserable and not welcoming whatsoever- def not the voice of someone I’d be happy to have serving my coffee- just rude- you’re on the speaker, you need to at least fake being happy.

The other 2 were both through DoorDash and they got BOTH orders wrong.
The first one they missed 3 items from my order- as stated above, if my order had 5 items in it, COUNT what’s in the bag before you close it and you’ll find out it’s wrong.
After reporting that order I reordered, and again they messed it up. Hash-browns had no cheese or bacon, and half the munchkins were missing.

As a previous dunkin worker, this location is a disgrace- the manager should be appalled about their employees. Need to replace all the workers and get happy ppl, maybe then people will be happy to go to your store bc orders will be right and people will be welcomed, but now you lost another customer bc of it.

I went this morning through the drive thru order a LG hot latte but they gave me a regular coffee with sugar and they charged me for my latte price smh and there is no snickers that's says what kind of coffees it is. I know the difference between a latte with no surgar. I tried to called them twice but no pickup.
