Getting worse and worse, every time I stop into this location, literally pulled up, three cars in front of me no one came on the speaker to ask me my order or to tell me to hold on a minute and I sat there for almost fifteen minutes because I was blocked in and couldn't escape.Finally i was able to get out and go to another location for what I needed...place is a joke at this point. How do you have ten people working and I wait fifteen minutes and still can't get a coffee... y'all might want to find something else to do because you ain't good at that lol. I'm going to start going to honeydew again, because their food and sandwiches blow them away anyway!... Dunkin is just more convenient cuz there's one every hundred feet.. If they had a option for negative stars

Do not go here unless you want old food and a messed up order nasty coffee rude customer service Terrible i ordered food got a bacon egg n cheese on a croissant it came on a bagel the egg looked like it had been overcooked five times. The bagel was completely hard. I asked for a coffee with extra extra and they gave me no sugar hazelnut swirl got hazelnut shot my whole order was messed up and the coffee was water . This is the third time I’ve been here and will not be giving it another try i had a problem won’t be going here ever again highly recommend not to go here less you want poor poor service nasty food Nd nasty coffee

I ordered my coffee. I ordered a large ice with mocha.. They gave me hazelnut. That could have made me ill.. They need to be careful.. I tried to call the store but they don't answer the phone. It rang for 10 minutes straight.

Cozy Dunkin location, some staffing issues lead to longer than desired wait times, additionally the self serve order kiosks were out of order, food and drinks met expectations and made for an overall pleasant Dunkin' experience.
