Cozy Dunkin location, some staffing issues lead to longer than desired wait times, additionally the self serve order kiosks were out of order, food and drinks met expectations and made for an overall pleasant Dunkin' experience.

Food is like always. Good as you it’s gonna be. The morning staff are busy and rude. If you try to order in the AM they won’t even look at you.There is some insane buzzer going off. People just stand there at the counter for 5+ minutes. There is a mobile order unit in there but it’s in a weird spot and people don’t know about it.

I ordered a ice coffee and 2 donuts donuts. Service was ok ish. Coffee was great. Doughnuts were a disappointment. Jelly Doughnut had barely any Jelly maybe 3/4 of an ounce, just enough Jelly for the last two bites. A strawberry sprinkle Doughnut with barely any sprinkles, definitely less than half of what the picture is advertised. It's sad even though it has been years since iv had DD I do remember the quality being so better. I don't know if the specific stores in RI have Noone checking on quality or the company of DD has just cut to many corners.

One of the worst I've ever been to. Placed a mobile order for walk in and I went in the drive thru since it was snowing. The employee would not go and grab my drink even though it was 2 feet away from him/her. And, no drink i have ever gotten here was any good. Train your people.

For the most part this location and the people are great, but for the past few weeks the coffee roll is very raw in the middle and i had to throw it awayeach time.To the baker, or store owner, please cook this item a little longer or the store could be liable should someone get sick.
