Guy is over here rapping while he's suppose to working. And touching shit with gloves on and not changing them. Good way to get sick.... No smiles from nobody . Hate coming to this location. They need better workers.

Went in this morning to get a hot chocolate and a muffin took over 10 minutes to make and when they finally made it , oh boy it’s straight water like they ran out of the ingredients to make it. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

Customer service did not take my order entirely and then said that they would bring my order out to the front didn’t give me a receipt. I waited 15 minutes and went inside and no one had a name tag there was no manager on duty. The girl said you’re supposed to ask for the receipt. I said I remember when they give you your food for free if you didn’t get her receipt and she continue to give me so much attitude that her coworkers were looking at her and I said have a good day and left, and she said the manager wasn’t working at the time so I will make sure that I let the manager know as soon as I can get in contact with them just that I didn’t realize you’re supposed to ask for for your receipt.

Please be more careful when giving coffee through the drive thru, the top wasn't on securely, popped off when handed to me burned my foot and it cost me 150.00 yo get my car cleaned it went everywhere in the front of my car.

Horrible experience I asked for two wake up wraps with hot honey and they gave me two bagel sandwiches, I hate bagels they're too heavy on my stomach. They took so long that they had us pull to the front for a order of 6 items very unprofessional workers the girl in the back was taking her sweet time making our order. I am very unsatisfied with my experience here if I order something get it right the first time.

Sourdough breakfast sandwiches were cold and untoasted, eggs tasted plasticky,asked for sweet pepper bacon and got regular. Munchkins were stale. Glad I used a gift card. So disappointing.
Seems like the quality of the food here has been going downhill lately. The donuts are just awful

I’m not to big on complaining or making it a big deal it’s just the fact how I went to Dunkin because I wanted to get food they undercooked my hash browns didn’t even Fill my vanilla bean to the top and I ordered 2 SAUSAGE egg and cheese wake up wraps and they only gave me eggs and cheese and it was 10 and change I gave them a 20$ bill and said keep the change thank you and they got everything wrong mind you I was the only customer

Very friendly location. All the staff are engaging and warm. They are helpful when needed. Get a bit hot in the sun there if you’re trying to hang out but otherwise one of my favorite spots.
