Came to drive thru, no customer service, no thank you, doesn't repeat your order back to you.. "just pull on up" .Just take your money and go kinda place. Guy is over here rapping while he's suppose to working. And touching shit with gloves on and not changing them. Good way to get sick.... No smiles from nobody . Hate coming to this location. They need better workers.

Went in this morning to get a hot chocolate and a muffin took over 10 minutes to make and when they finally made it , oh boy it’s straight water like they ran out of the ingredients to make it. Don’t waste your time going to this location.

Customer service did not take my order entirely and then said that they would bring my order out to the front didn’t give me a receipt. I waited 15 minutes and went inside and no one had a name tag there was no manager on duty. The girl said you’re supposed to ask for the receipt. I said I remember when they give you your food for free if you didn’t get her receipt and she continue to give me so much attitude that her coworkers were looking at her and I said have a good day and left, and she said the manager wasn’t working at the time so I will make sure that I let the manager know as soon as I can get in contact with them just that I didn’t realize you’re supposed to ask for for your receipt.

Please be more careful when giving coffee through the drive thru, the top wasn't on securely, popped off when handed to me burned my foot and it cost me 150.00 yo get my car cleaned it went everywhere in the front of my car.
