Please do yourself a favor and avoid this dunkin !!!! Worst one I’ve been to . They’re always short staff , always all out items , long wait times . It’s so bad !!

Is way too small for the volume that they do. The kitchen area is back to back with employees trying to push out these orders, but not enough room or employees to get the amount out for this area. Every time I use this location I get a wrong order. Sometimes it's missing items, sometimes it's wrong items. They don't put out the walk-in orders, and upon talking to an employee, they have no intention of even putting out a sign that says to wait in line, despite there being a mobile order walk-in Shelf. Definitely time wasted at this location. Between ordering, waiting in your car, waiting in the front of the store, then going back to waiting in line, then driving home to figure out your order is wrong and then coming back to pick up items that were missed- you might as well have just driven the extra 5 minutes to a different location and got your order right the first time. A true 45 min wait, with wasted gas and time - with no compensation.

It can get busy in there but so long as you check in with the staff they are always attentive and will get your order out as quickly as they can.

Absolute trash.. Everyone in there just stands around doing nothing. It took well over half an hour for them to take my order. Corporate needs to evaluate this store and either fire everyone and start new or just flat out close this location. Unbelievable. There are better locations down the road. Go there instead!

I would like to say I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when Mariely Rive is working!! She is always very polite kind and pays attention to her customers.
I worked for Dunkin for over 25 years. I gave up Dunkin because of how things have changed since Cafua took over many of the Dunkin stores. What I mean is since the franchise owners were bought out. It is too common to go to a Dunkin and be treated as an inconvenience by the majority of the workers. Most seem too busy talking with one another, and customers get ignored. I blame this on no franchise owner being involved to be sure their store is being run properly.
However, when I visit 750 Mineral Spring Avenue in Pawtucket and Mariely is present, I am not ignored she ALWAYS puts her customers first. This 5-star review is for the service given and kindness shown by Mariely. Need more like her!

I asked for a iced coffee and the girl at the window messed up the order, but the woman who was in charge of preparing the food started talking to us in a confrontational sarcastic tone, I replied that I in fact did order the iced coffee and she literally said “A iced Coffee that’s crazy” in other words she was doubting that I had even ordered one. Seriously so unprofessional the way she treats people will definitely be avoiding this DD location in the mornings

The woman working at 6am making the food was extremely rude. She got my order wrong and when I asked her to make right she gave me an attitude. She then proceeded to do everything else except fix my order. I asked her how much longer cause I had to be in Boston and she said she is working on it but continued to do other stuff. Then after my food was ready she was doing other stuff while my order was in her hand. Also the door didn’t get unlock till almost 6am. I will never forget back to this Dunkin again. Was just on way to highway but will go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin. Shouldn’t be working with the public being that rude and entitled

I visited a week ago and I ordered coffee but the woman taking our order was trying not to laugh while speaking through the intercom, so of course they didn’t get the order right.
When we got to the window, we could hear loud laughter, foul language and chit chat. The woman that was making the food got pissed off at us because according to her we were sitting at the window for too long even though the delay was due to their mistake. She even shouted “COME ON” because she was annoyed at us. It’s like this Dunkin’ Donuts location is in a competition to hire the rudest, most unprofessional employees.

Ordered online at 10:32 am got here at 10:44 a girl making food was extremely rude yelling loud saying she wasn’t rushing for anybody. Sick of people ordering an coming right in line. I’m not that rude or dumb to do that I work in retail also I know it takes time. But to be a business an act like that to public she’s lucky I was nice I wanted to go in smh

Don't bother with mobile order at this location, placed an order en route and it wasn't even acknowledged for 10 minutes, at that point was told the item I ordered (despite the prominent advertising for pistachio currently) was out of stock, then spent another 5 minutes making the beverage while fraternizing, and couldn't be bothered to look at the mobile order receipt to see that I ordered more than one item. Terrible service.
