Worst customer service. Go in at 8:50pm Jan 9. 2025 Nobody is at the counter.They took forever to answer at the Drive thru then tells me the frozen coffee machine is down. You can obviously tell they didn’t want to do their job because it was an hour before closing time. Now currently taking my service to another DUNKIN.

This place. Sucked, my sister's hash brown's burn as hell so hard could break her tooth. The coffee also sucked. My coffee was 6 caramel, 4 cream and yet my coffee still dark and tastes awful.

I went to Dunkin to get a coffee and the manager Christina was so unprofessional. First off she started calling me hey babes what can i get u. I asked for a coffee and she made it hot when I requested iced. I asked her to remake it and she went on huffing and puffing talking under her breath. I asked her if she had a problem with my request and she said yes with people like u. I said ok thanks keep your coffee I would never go back to this dunkin again. Horrible services when it was an easy fix. They needed to retrain her and she should take a communication training and professionalism training.

I moved down the street from this location about two months ago, Because it is so convenient i've been going there 3-4 times a week before work. It's about Nine out of ten times there's always an issue with my order or being pulled forward in the parking lot to sit and wait, when eventually I need to have to go in and get the order myself after ten and fifteen minutes of waiting. Food is usually burnt or items missing, drinks made incorrectly while there is a full staff. I stopped going in for a while and recently went back only to be reminded Why istopped going there. Nothing has changed highly disappointed And I'm sure it's happening to more than 1 person.
