I have only visited twice on a weekday. Service was very slow though we were the only ones in the restaurant. I had an arepa with cheese and hot chocolate both times. Food was great but pricey.
Looking for a good place to eat Colombian food. We visited them from CT about an hour from the restaurant and it is the second time I have visited with my family. The food and service were very good. We all liked what we ordered, they were served on time and everything was hot. We were very satisfied… it was worth the drive!
Great food but really bad customer service!! First time was slow but the lady was ok.Second time here and They see you come in and don't greet you plus make you wait 10+ minutes to acknowledge you while you can clearly see them standing in the back, not even to ask you for your drink order.A real shame as the food it very tasty.Hope they work on this as they force you to pay the tip with the bill. But I guess they do this due to the poor service.
