I absolutely love the quality of both breakfast and lunch here! At a reasonable cost as well! 5 Stars all the way! Keep up the great work!

I have only tried bacon egg and cheese sandwiches for breakfast. The sandwiches were good. I found the service to be a little slow and not attentive in my personal opinion. It takes a little bit for them to greet you and ask you if you'd like to order. The place is also a little dated, I would say.

Best joint in Pawtucket. Staff is the friendliest group I've met around here. Quality and taste of the food is stellar.

They are very good and pretty fast with the service. You can eat in. Breakfast and lunch is all they do and the prices are fine.

Excellent stuffed cabbage for lunch today at the Exchange St.Cafe. Highly recommended. Ate 1/3 at lunch, saving the rest for later meals. Can't wait!

Best Polish Artist Owned. Best Food. Best Workers. They sell KALE SOUP!!!!! YES!!!! Tons of food on the Beautiful handmade menus by the owner himself. All art in Exchange Cafe is done by owner, worker himself. The art is beautiful. Owner is self taught. I don't know if owner has a wife and children, but I wish he had a brother I could marry. Love this place.Parking: Enough for people to dine in and pick-up.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

We are a new Pawtucket whiskey distillery, previously in North Attleboro, opening this spring on the corner of Conant and Carpenter and found this place via Google. It is our go to lunch spot often. Everything we have ordered over the past 6 months has been beyond delicious. The adorable wife (and husband team just like us) is so sweet I want to just hug her. Dave the staff member was so nice and accommodating. ESC is such a gem.

I ordered a chicken parmigian sub It was the best one I have ever tasted anywhere. It was real chicken not a frozen patty. I had enough with a large for two meals. Thank you very much Very high quality & price was reasonable

Very wide array of food choices. Good prices and lovely people. The clientele was consistent. But don't come expecting a coffee shop. No espresso . This is more of a throwback to the 60s... genuinely, not in pretense.
