I ordered a bowl for the first time from this restaurant and the first time I ever used Door Dash. I am disabled and know that I still ordered a promotion of buy one get one free. When there were two bowls in the cart the total was for 2 when I went to check out and did not subtract the promotion for the get one free. I then removed one so I was charged for one, then assuming they would automatically send the “Get one free”. My PCA contacted the restaurant and knows the promotion is running, sent her to call Door Dash. I called them already and they would not issue a refund. Now there are two people and one bowl and no justification and no one rectified it!
Never again on both!

So, I barely review anything I order or try as a consumer... However I had too on this one!!! The platano maduros I had today are THE absolute best I've ever had anywhere before!!! (I'm going to show you a picture of them but it's only half of the portion because I didn't think to take a picture of them until I ate half of them so the portion was really generous too) Better than any restaurant on Broad Street in CF and/or Broad Street in Providence! However, the carnitas in my burrito bowl was cooked to perfection but tasted weird... But I still give it 5 stars for the platano mudoras...they were definitely a whole experience, worth going back for! Definitely has potential to be better than Baja's or Chipotle 💯

Never have pickled onions, never have pineapple, they have no specials for taco tuesday or any happy hour. Some of the meats don’t really taste that seasoned, and they only have 1 type of rice. They could be doing amazing.

This is a good alternative for Mexican food. The food is already cooked so it is very quick and easy. They have plenty of space for you to sit if you need to. I work near this restaurant, so I visit it often. It's not the greatest Mexican food, but it does the trick. I can't complain about what I get for the money. I will continue to visit.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered and paid for extra GRILLED STEAK received shredded beef or pork, mistakes happen,called got it fixed and new ones sent out, JUST FOR THEM TO BE EXACTLY THE SAME! Called AGAIN, and told not only are we incorrect but that they dont offer any other steak. Which is not true because i recorded my exact order from the previous week and was completely different meats. WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND I SUGGEST YOU JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
