Francesca's On Pawtucket

The service was excellent. A friendly, helpful staff. The food was authentic Mexican with American offerings for any picky eaters. We had the Huevos Rancheros, chilaquiles, and flan. All delicious and the tortillas were HOMEMADE and warm! Coffee was good and many Mexican specialties are available. We highly recommend!!

Had a great breakfast at Francesca's! Had the meat lover Omelet! Home fries well seasoned... toast, with a nice mimosa! Service was fast and friendly, and they kept refilling my coffee! Loved it!

I always come in to eat here, but this time i called this location by mistake for a to go order instead of EP.
I was ordering the same thing i always order when i go in Pawtucket btw and they didn’t hung up the phone so i listened… not very nice comments and yes lady im sounding ughhghgh cause im sick and regardless of you working there for a while probably you’ve never taken my order reason why you’ve never seen it before 👍🏼.

I usually like going here but my last visit was a disappointment. I ordered the huevos rancheros and it was only 2 eggs with some sauce on top with 3 pieces of plantain and a ramekin with watery frijoles. It was very disappointing because it looked like something I can make in 10 mins but took them 30 mins to do.

Went to Francesca’s in Pawtucket and was disappointed. The Quetzalteco dish had way less meat than others at my table and tasted strangely sweet. Guac came with just a handful of chips, and I got charged extra for more. Pancakes and waffles were salty, which was odd. For the high prices, the food and portions just aren’t worth it. Booth seating is also uncomfortable. Won’t be back.

I love this place! Great stop for breakfast or lunch. Everyone is always so nice and the food is excellent! They have great options for people with dietary restrictions too.

It's a small dining area but the food is amazing! Absolutely delicious breakfast - fresh, well seasoned, good sized portions. The eggs come sunny side up so I recommend asking them to do over medium, then it's perfect. The plantains are not too be missed!

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to in this instance. We went for breakfast and I have no real complaint about the food or service per-se but I was shocked by a policy they have. At the end of the meal the waitress asked if we would like cups to go so we said, 'sure '. She comes back to our table with 2 empty cups with lids. My wife and I looked at each other in surprise because our cups were almost empty and we figured she'd bring the cups to us full. We've been all over the country and are used to to-go drinks and that is typically how it's done. I asked her if we could please get more tea. She told me no, they don't serve refills per policy. My wife and I had never been offered, nor received, a refill at all during the meal so we were shocked by this. $3.50 for one ice-filled cup of tea in a medium sized cup. And that's policy. What business does that??

The chicken ceaser wrap was amazing , jennifer was amazing the energy the vibe was so homey & everyone’s nice . The service was quick smells amazing.
