On 07/22/24 @ around 12:50Pm, The girl at the register didn’t have a name tag, the Service is horrible, the store is not welcoming. My family and I are out of state stopped to eat, She stated there’s no public restroom (also no sign written on the doors) While leaving another Customer walk in, I can see the customer went in the back to use the restroom, the girl stated the restroom are for LOYAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. So bad of a service. I never experienced such service, such a shame. This store not recommended. She profiling us, did not want to go there but EXACTLY THAT WHAT IS. Hopefully the other franchise are welcoming, and Customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible. They do not tend to any of the drive thru customers and are insanely rude when you go inside. Myself along with 3 other cars were waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and absolutely nobody helped a single one of us and when inside they took another 5 minutes to acknowledge the fact that we were in there. whoever was working @10:30-10:50 on Friday May 31st 2024 needs a pay cut or to be let go. this is absurd

The coffee I had the first couple of times was great. Then one morning it tasted sour. But it's still a great place.
One of the kindest shops I've gone into and there was 1 young woman doing both the drive thru and the counter.... she was working like a pro....even introduced me to pistachio/choc muffins...mmmmm Newport Ave Pawtucket, RI

I gave two stores one for them showing up and the other for putting the sandwich in the bag ..... The gentlemen is very rude I get it however it's that's the staffing attitude no wonder there's 2 Dunkin on Newport Ave and the lines are always out the lot. I should've known when there wasn't one I. Line at honey dew.
