Located on the corner it's a bit sketchy to get in and out of but the staff is friendly and a welcomed change of pace from the DDs littered all throughout the neighborhood. Get the jalapeno bagel.

Went in to get a DoorDash order for someone after maybe 5 mins of list standing there the girl ask me what I need I said I have a DoorDash for so an so she said he’ll make it right now 10mins later still nothing but prioritizing drive though orders. Eventually I just unassigned it from myself

I order the same coffee every single time and unless it’s the blonde guy that works the later shift it’s always different and wrong and they never ring it in correctly either and when I ask them to correct my coffee they want me to pay extra(and are stuck up about it) even though it’s what I asked for in the first place

I find most of these restaurants close 15-20 mins earlier than their advertised closing time.
On 07/22/24 @ around 12:50Pm, The girl at the register didn’t have a name tag, the Service is horrible, the store is not welcoming. My family and I are out of state stopped to eat, She stated there’s no public restroom (also no sign written on the doors) While leaving another Customer walk in, I can see the customer went in the back to use the restroom, the girl stated the restroom are for LOYAL CUSTOMERS ONLY. So bad of a service. I never experienced such service, such a shame. This store not recommended. She profiling us, did not want to go there but EXACTLY THAT WHAT IS. Hopefully the other franchise are welcoming, and Customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible. They do not tend to any of the drive thru customers and are insanely rude when you go inside. Myself along with 3 other cars were waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and absolutely nobody helped a single one of us and when inside they took another 5 minutes to acknowledge the fact that we were in there. whoever was working @10:30-10:50 on Friday May 31st 2024 needs a pay cut or to be let go. this is absurd
