I gave two stores one for them showing up and the other for putting the sandwich in the bag ..... The gentlemen is very rude I get it however it's that's the staffing attitude no wonder there's 2 Dunkin on Newport Ave and the lines are always out the lot. It’s time for honeydew to revamp their store as everything seems to be dated and has a very old feel. Honeydew is a unique donut shop in complete contrast to Dunkin’ Donuts and I do like the fact that there is an alternative. Honeydew has it specialty items that you will not find at Dunkin’ Donuts. Keynote are stop being cheap and higher more employees as customers have to deal with long times. Every time I visit a store is usually one or two employees to deal with all the traffic. It makes no sense. I only had a half hour to burn. Spent 15 minutes in the store waiting while the cashier juggled between the window and the front desk with people in line waiting to be served. Definitely a problem with management.

The worst experience of my life! I have never felt more disrespected after my experience at this honeydew location. I wanted a regular large, iced coffee with two and two I received a really dark coffee ( looked like chocolate coffee). When I ask for it to be fixed she just looked at me like a deer and headlights, and was so confused as to what I was asking and saying. The manager ended up coming over and being extremely disrespectful, throwing my bank card back at me, ended up, leaving without my coffee and will never revisit this location ever again!!!

I hadn't been in a Honey Dew in quite some time. I was surprised by the large variety of food/snack offerings. The service was friendly with smiles and pleasant personalities. (Newport Ave) - My son loves the steak on the chibatta role, and I the egg and cheese on cheddar jalapeño bagel - not to forget the delicious coffees! ?
