I had a delicious jerk chicken patty today @ the RI small business shop @ Crowne Pointe in Warwick. Can’t wait to try other things!

Their stuff at the farmers market is good. It's baked not fried and so not that awful greasy thing empanadas usually suffer from.

I recently had the pleasure of trying JA PATTY RI, at a vendor market. The veggie curry patty was so amazing, I went back for seconds (and maybe thirds ?).The crust was amazing, as was the filling. If you are in the RI area, this is definitely worth checking out!

Lots of positivity for this sincere group of people! Both the staff and the food are wonderful! I got a Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl two days in a row while they were vending at The Good Trade Makers Market. The Jerk Chicken had a nice kick to it with a touch of a sweet side but it was addicting overall!! Everything tasted fresh and it left me feeling really good after eating. Loved the plantain! Thank you!

Just had their J*** Chicken and plantains from the food truck at Buzzard’s Bay brewery. Absolutely ELITE food truck, can’t wait to get it again. The guy working also tolerated some of my bad jokes, much appreciated.

I have tried JA Patty's food a few times already and I just did not feel even the strength to write about my food experiences.....the experiences had always been underwhelming, but the straw that broke the camel's back was today's experience at the Empanada Fest. Every vendor knew they were going to sell about 300+ tickets for the festival, so I heard from several vendors .. "we got over 400 pieces for the event".This JA Patty ran out of empanadas around 4:45pm (the event ran from 4p-6p) So more than half of the people that got tickets for tasting 8 samples only got to try 7 because these people were so disorganized or slack on their approach that they did not make enough for the event...Really not a big deal because I had one of the early empanadas and it was awful...the worst one of the 8 samples I tasted. The baked empanada sample had a soft wimpy dough with no texture nor bite, the filling inside was bland and they give you sauce so you can dunk the empanada in...to give it some kind of flavor....did not work.........Do yourself a favor and if you see them selling stuff at an event ..... pick something else......No pictures, they don't deserve them....

Had the j*** chicken bowl at a music festival. Amazing! Excellent flavors and just enough spice.

Food truck was at Buzzards Bay Brewery last night. $15 for j*** rice bowl. 1/4 cup of j*** chicken, 2 tablespoons of packaged cabbage. The rest was rice. No sauce no vegetables. What a total waste of money.

Genuinely delicious food. The j*** chicken bowl is my favorite. The depth of flavors hit all the notes. The rice is absolutely perfect everything! I am excited to try more from their menu!

You want Jamaican Patty go to Flames, these patties are overloaded with crust.. the corners are all thick crust terrible experience and paid $5-7 ?????

I had the j*** chicken patty at the GreenMarket farmer's market. When I broke the patty in half, there were still some pink parts and there was no flavor at all. The crust was not flaky and instead reminded me of Play-Doh. Honestly so unacceptable for $6.50.

Unauthentic Jamaican Food. Feels like a gentrified version for the masses who are unfamiliar. There are other spots in RI like Flames with authentic flavors and style... true "yardie" food not this.
