Whenever we're in Rhode Island, my husband insists on getting his hot dogs.

Food used to be a bit more reasonable. Prices have gone up and portion has shrunk. The woman who works the counter is often rude and even when slow it takes far to long to get your food.

Lens Ice Cream has been a staple at the City of Pawtucket's employee appreciation BBQ for the past three years, and they never fail to impress. Their exceptional customer service, delectable ice cream, and array of delicious toppings make them a hit with our employees every time. We can't wait to have them back at next year's event. Lens Ice Cream truly knows how to elevate any gathering with their tasty treats.

Took my mother for lunch(come with my dad occasionally for the car shows)always solid. Some of the best clam chowder and seafood local. White is very thick(heavy cream base as it should be thin is for red or clear only)and clam cakes can be a bit doughy but are super light perfect to dip! Reasonable cost as well go support your local business

Waited an hour and a half for a hot dog and a grilled cheese. We asked multiple times if it was ready and was told it was not. Finally we had enough and said we were leaving and the lady said she was calling the wrong number. Ridiculous.

First time here at Slater Park. Didn't even know there was a seafood shack 2 miles from me. All the wasted gas down to Oakland Beach lol. The prices are very reasonable and the combos/platters actually fill you up. The white chowder was excellent. The fries were fresh but bland, make sure you get some S&P or at the very least, ketchup. The park was pretty busy but the food line wasnt bad, maybe 10-12 minute wait from order to eating.

Parking: Lots of parking. None really close to the food shack but walkable, paved paths.

Fish and clams were way overcooked, almost burnt. Mostly greasy batter, very little fish under the batter. Big disappointment! Chowder was the only good thing….
