Typical Chinese takeout. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. Prices are good shop looks clean although the clerk was underwhelming to say the least
Your mileage may vary, but you should steer clear of Li Lai Wok. They were decent years ago but now it's a joke. I ordered via DoorDash and they provided a refund of my order (only positive). The fried dumplings were soggy and unappetizing, the chicken fingers in the Pu Pu Platter were overcooked, small nuggets, and the egg rolls leaked oil when I pressed on them. Go somewhere else, anywhere, and you'll have a better experience.

Used to be good but they are clearly providing less.
The beef and broccoli was always a few pieces of broccoli and beef. My dinner tonight was 80% broccoli and 20% beef. The beef lo mein has practically no beef.
If they want to engage in shrinkflation, so be it. I will never go there again. I'm actually pissed I gave a tip.
This was the worst, least flavorful and biggest waste of money I have spent on chinese food in ages. I asked for wings and got fingers that were tiny with no chicken.
Never go here. It's not worth it.

I purchased some food through Seamless. When I went to pick it up, the young man behind the counter saw me waiting, but the tried to serve a customer who came in behind me, ignoring me. I spoke up and told him that I was next. He continued to ignore me until I advised that I had ordered online and was there to pick up my order. He then got my order and handed it to me. There was no receipt or list of what I had ordered. He said I had ordered online. I had to remove every item out of the bag to make sure I was given what I ordered. I advised the young man that he had to treat all customers with respect who purchase from the restaurant. He turned around and walked away as I spoke to him. I am an African American senior female. I was not rude or insulting. I am a paying customer. This is a Chinese restaurant. It is time that we receive the same respect shown other customers, regardless of the culture of the business owner.

Restaurantji Recommends
Rating this restaurant 1 star solely for one reason. I ordered two spring rolls and was instead given 2 shrimp rolls. Being that i have a severe shellfish allergy it was something that was not only life risking but also very upsetting. I had put emphasis on my order for them to incorrectly give me the wrong item. i feel like the restaurant needs to practice paying attention to detail, due to others like I that may have an allergy.

They sent no condiments (no soy sauce, no duck sauce, no mustard, absolutely nothing) and no utensils even though they were specifically requested. This is basic stuff, guys. Unacceptable.

The neighborhood standby
I ordered the food on line and when i arrived a bit early the food was ready. I ordered the french fries and a combination plate with the chicken and peanuts. The french fries were freshly fried. The chicken and peanuts lacked spice and real flavor, which was one of the reasons I wanted it.
