They did not open the doors until almost 10 minutes later and they told me to come back in an hour for another product and were late again with that time..
Don't come to this rude bakery. I've been going to Portuguese bakeries my entire life. This is the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I cannot have eggs or dairy but saw on the label of Boscoitos that there were none of these. So I was excited to be able to eat them, to remind me of my childhood. I asked the staff if the cornbread had eggs or dairy in them. They said yes. Butter. They also said the Biscoitos had eggs in them, even though the ingredient label did not say eggs. She said while rolling her eyes at me they will be changing the label soon to include eggs. Strange. Then she said the Biscoitos had butter in them even though the label said margarine. Then she said no it's margarine. So I asked if the cornbread had margarine in it instead of butter. She rolled her eyes and said she would ask in the back. When she came back said it was yellow butter. I asked if that was margarine. She said she only sells the bread but doesn't know what's in them. I have dealt with language barriers but not only was the information unclear, non consistent, but the eye rolling and rushed non answers were unacceptable. I won't be spending my money here.
Rolls are now half the size they used to be. Won't be going back...
Just go to 3 flags bakery and/or matos bakery, they allow you to buy less than $10 of product and won’t be rude at you when you want to do so as well
Worst customer service.
Pastries look like they've been sitting out for days. The person behind the counter is very mean and dismissive, they literally walked away after I asked them a question! Not coming back.
The place is the best, but the old women behind, oh my god! God has to bless her, she is so rude.
Women behind the counter was extremely rude. I called to order Portuguese bread and she hung up on my face. I called back thinking it was a mistake and she again rudely told me I could not order and hung up. Would NOT recommend this establishment.
When we are in RI we always stop to buy the sweet breads and rolls to take back to NJ! The best rolls and breads we ever had! Highly recommend this bakery!!
Recently went there...and won't return. The older woman was a WITCH! She should not be working with the public. The zeppole(Italian pastry) was awful. Let the Italians continue the tradition.

Lady behind the counter was rude and unfriendlyCookies were hard, probably had been sitting out for a few daysPlace looks sad and uninviting, $10 min on the card so I didn't buy anything and won't return
Use to go here every Saturday and Sunday morning now I don’t because the short older lady has a bad attitude every time I go there so I’m not going there anymore and I’m going to tell my family and friends not to go there cuz you should be polite and friendly
Always Fresh!!! Always on point :)
Didn't really have much to choose from and I like warm bread
