I was really looking forward to trying your matzo ball soup as the temperature started to dip. I was extremely disappointed. I might as well have been drinking out of the dead sea it was so salty. I was also surprised there was no chicken. It's supposed to be chicken soup with the balls replacing noodles. Not just the balls dropped into broth. It was so bad I could not drink the broth. My lips burned from the amount of salt. When the waiter came to take away my still mostly full bowl I gently commented that it was very salty. He replied saying others had said the same thing. I would hope your staff would say something to the kitchen if there were multiple complaints about the same food item.

This is the type of place for a perfect date anytime of day. Malinda gave my husband and I recommended sandwiches called The Golem that were sizeable and delicious with the latkas. For our first time she made a wonderful impression. Looking forward to the next visit!!

The actual best bagel I’ve ever had in the state of Rhode Island. Sit down service and food is also outstanding. Highly suggest.

Food is amazing but service for take out bagels is rough, plan to wait even if no line and just ordering a bagel. Service is great and fast if ordering hot items from main kitchen, issue is strictly with the cold deli.

Hands down the best pastrami sandwich you will ever eat.
I've eaten at Katz in new York and I think Mavens is much better.

An incredible breakfast experience with my family. Melinda immediately made us feel at home, I could have easily taken her with us. Every recommendation of hers was spot on. THIS is what good service is. In a world where most servers are just going through the motions and expecting to be well-tipped either way, it felt so good to actually feel taken care of.
Every bite of the food was perfect. From the latkes to the corned beef hash, you can tell that they make it in house and that they care about what’s going on the plate. Nothing is coming off the Sysco truck and microwaved. You are getting exactly what you’re paying for. Can’t wait to come back and try something else!
