I would give ZERO stars if that was an option! My whole order was made wrong! One of the McDoubles only had ONE hamburger patty and I asked for no pickles on them and they came with pickles and the plain one had onions on it even tho there was a sticker on it saying it was plain! The customer service here is horrible and they never get the orders right. Food is made very messy and not fresh and hot

The most profitable asset is DoorDash at this location, it is overly crowded at night.During the morning or day for simple day-to-day tasks, they are too incompetent to listen to your order and make you read the screen, once you’ve stated your order through the drive-thru.Which goes to show how incapable they are of listening whilst taking directions.The item was prepared incorrectly, and I had to wait and ask them to put what needed to be on there in order to get what is my original $13 order.This is just one of the many McDonald’s in the area that underperform in quality of customer interaction. ?

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this was a very bad experience. We waited in the drive thru line for about 20 min before we even got to order. This McDonald's is usually slow, but not THIS slow. Fries were cold. Soda was seltzer water. Chicken sandwich was ordered with added mayo, grill slip even said add mayo, but there was only mayo, no pickles. No napkins, even in the Happy Meals. Oh, and 1 straw for 3 drinks. Not happy.
Ordered on the app for a coffee tonight. The order went through and they were closed due to the weather. I understand the circumstances but the app shouldn't allow you to order and take your money when they are closed.

We work at a pottery studio down the street and this McDonalds is where we stop to get late night studio treats. Not only are the fries always really fresh, the employees actually seem happy here which always makes it a nice time. In and out with no problems. :)

I see a lot of poor older reviews, but I think this franchise really stepped up to the plate in the last month! Staff are all friendly and quick, and the fries and holiday pies were fresh, hot, and crispy!
