If I could give zero stars I would. This is the world’s slowest McDonald’s just to be served food that’s been sitting out and cold. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line just to send my food back. Everytime I come here it’s the same. Workers are slow, rude & will start taking your order just to tell you to hold on for another 5 minutes. Go to the location on Newport Ave.

All burgers had no mustard, no pickles, no onion when I paid for them to have extra. I got no sweet and sour sauce, I got no napkins. If you guys have no inventory maybe don't charge for sauce you can't provide 🤷♂️ tell me you got no sweet and sour instead of MAKING ME PAY FOR WHAT YOU DONT GOT.

I come often to this McDonalds and it's usually nice. I come in with my friend(s), we get pur food and sit down and have a conversation while we eat. The employees are always nice to us, especially this one named Ulisy. He always brings nice energy to us and makes our stay 100% better. (The other staff do too, I just remember his name since it's unique).

Came here at 10:30pm after a long day at work and the door was locked. I was a little confused about it because it’s never locked when I come to this location. A little boy who was about 13/15 opened the door for me and 3 other people. The manager on shift started screaming at this child saying you don’t work here and how it was a safety issue and talking to the minor as if it was her kid who got in trouble. I want to say first of she is very lucky that was not my child and the mother of the child was very upset. She also yelled at everyone who came in and told them to go into the drive-through because she was short staffed like that was our fault. Everytime I come in to this location I never have a problem but when this lady is working she seems to always be short staffed but that does not stop her from running across the street to the gas station while I wait for my food. This lady doesn’t love her job enough to care. This McDonald’s should be ashamed to have this kind of worker please run your cameras and watch the work ethic. If you like to be treated nasty feel free to come to this location.

I ordered a double cheeseburger 🍔and a fish 🥪 sandwich. Nothing else. COST was $10.50. I said no pickles on burger. Yup, they were on the burger which looked like a slider to me. Fish was very dry and also looked smaller. Yuck! Won't ever be back.

I ordered through the drive through and I had to yell because the manager can't understand simple English. I got home and I found out that they gave me big Mac that is not fresh probably it has been sitting there for 2 days. I will never go to that location anymore.

I get it COVID happened and everything and more people are philosophical and trying to see the reason for being. But still you work at a place serving people. Can you at least pretend to give 1/2 a f or just don't show up to work at all. By far the worst McDonald's I've been to in RI.
