I love chicken sandwiches and Ming's has large chicken sandwiches with tender and juicy meat. Ming's is a take-out spot although the shop has two tables with some seating inside. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Orders usually take under thirty minutes. The prices may seem a bit steep but the portions are large and the food is delicious. Be sure to try the Ming' N Out Fries which include caramelized onions and burger sauce.

At first I was really excited to try this new spot, the service was good everyone that was there and walked in was so nice the food smelled to good once received. But the outside look good but eating it, it was not well cooked. I went there around 12:30pm Saturday when they first opened. I'm Very disappointed of the food! Neeeds to cooked longer. Saw Mings sign on the way home from work and ended up finding them on here. They do have a food truck that is closed for the season but i did call to confirm this is a brick and mortar store front. Everything was amazing. Do yourself a favor and get the chicken sandwich. The fries were really flavorful, if you're not good with bold flavors get the sauces on the side.

Fire fire fire!!! Delicious chicken sandwiches with fresh fresh ingredients. From their buns to chicken to even the sprouts they use on the food are fresh and delicious. Pricing was decent but it's very worth trying to find and eat because it's great!

I feel like there aren't the words for me to make you understand how amazing their chicken sandwiches are. The chicken is perfect, always cooked well and with crunch and flavor. Nothing skimpy about the quality or the portion! So many options for the add-ons that my whole family always finds something they love - the more adventurous of us and the kids! I'm not even a French fry person but pho'tine forever!

Delicious bahn mi and fried chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches are big enough to split. The fries were crispy and delicious even when we got take out. The staff is very friendly too! Worth seeking out, even if you don't live in town.
Get the kickin chicken and street fries. It's a big ole sammie and you could probably split it if you're not a selfish chonk. The fries are also a pretty big portion. It's a smallish place and only open seasonally but you can find the truck at the providence flea or waterfire arts center events pretty frequently.

Could not say enough good things about Ming's! They've catered a few lunches for my company and are a hit each time. I cannot say enough great things. Amazing food and amazing to work with .

Normally id say 5 star but who ever is cooking bring back the other cook or wake up this one. Boneless battered chicken used to come in a white foam container and light golden batter but now .. a few shades darker. The beef in the beef fried rice was chewy as if was reheated . And my 2 eggroll wound up 1 and over cooked . I will order again im secure in knowing my food didn't bark or meow and a clean resturaunt I've been doing business with them for over 30 yrs still the best.

Ming's catered a private event for friends of ours and we were very happy with their food.They are known for their Korean Fried chicken sandwiches and sliders as well as their french fries.All the food we tried was delicious...the fried chicken pieces were all nicely seasoned and crunchy....the fries were crispy as well....a very delicious food truck....yes limited choices, but whatever they do....they do it well......
