This place is such a gem! Small space which can fill up quickly. but the coffee is delicious (I visited for the 2024 RI Food Fights Iced coffee challenge) as well as the cocktails and is absolutely worth a stop.

I visited New Harvest Coffee Roasters for the first time last week with my ICED COFFEE Summer Celebration coupon from RI Food Fights. This is my 4th July using these coupons and although I’ve seen the New Harvest coupon in prior years, I never used it. How sad, because it was one of my top 3 coffees this July! I only drink Decaf and the barista was kind enough to make me an Iced Decaf Americano. Delicious. I also snuck a sip of their cold brew (Yumm!) Cant wait to come back here with my husband.

They're passionate about coffee. Have great beans and a variety of organic options. They have decaf that uses a water decaffeination process and no chemicals, so thumbs up for that. Great customer service

Very friendly staff! The service was already great when we had ordered, but one of my friends became nauseous and one of the baristas brought out a tea to help. It was very sweet & thoughtful and the tea + being in the A/C did help her feel better. The staff is always great to chat to as well - I’ve always felt very welcome whenever I go.
New Harvest’s retail coffee is also my favorite to brew at home. I keep going back to the La Voz, but any of their coffees, especially the light roasts, are delicious.
I also went to the barista basics class last summer and it was incredibly informative & helpful! I’d love to attend more classes sometimes. Lots of the cafes around here send their new employees to that class - it’s a good refresher for experienced baristas & a very educational intro for newbies.
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegan drink options! Ask if they have any vegan pastries available as well.

5/31/24 this is the third time i have gone to the Sims St store and found that they do not have Maya City Decaf available on the shelf. And they won't fill a bag for sale while i am there. I'll find another blend elsewhere. Steve

Sadly I did not feel welcomed when I came in. I had to wait a few minutes to order, no big deal. I’ve worked in the service industry and know how it is sometimes if you’re short handed. The barista came up to the cash register and said “what do you want.” As a first timer here that felt a bit off putting and as if I was inconveniencing them. I’ll have to think twice about returning.

I love this place! I just went for the first time. I got a cereal milk iced matcha and its delicious. The service was quick and the barista was kind. I also got free stickers when I paid. Free wifi and lots of seating inside so its the perfect place to work. I had some trouble finding the parking at first, but its a separate coffee shop inside Farm Fresh RI and I was able to find a spot. This place is so cute and I will definitely be back :)

Did a coffee training with Britta this weekend. She was incredibly smart, informed, and an awesome teacher. Highly recommend the classes here. Class was a great value too, as they sent us home with coffee beans.
