Professional, flexible, reasonably priced, and attentive - this was such a hit at my recent outdoor clambake wedding outside Newport. From the flower girls to father of the bride - they offered a variety of ice cream options that everyone loved. Cannot recommend them enough. Seriously wish I could give more than 5 stars. Palagis always comes through! I needed a last minute truck for a large bbq we were having and even with short notice they were able to come by! They're awesome!

Tried to book for a five year old birthday party. Gave a description of treats the kids liked and payment guaranteed. Truck arrived with no product other than lemonade and ice cream sandwiches. Not a big hit. Still got their money. Have tried to contact the owner for a week for an explanation without a response. Not even a let me look into it. No interest from the company. They have their money and we have a new company for the next party. Beware if you want more than lemonade or ice cream sandwiches.I did more research and found out that I was wrong. It was the palagi on Bacon street that not only ruined a child’s expectations but ignored multiple attempts to contact him and left the poor driver in the middle. The driver was professional unlike his boss and we applauded his attitude. His boss plain and simple is just a j**** Sorry to the real Palagi brothers with whom we’ll be doing business with in the future. Thanks
