Went to the shack today, and it was a really nice experience! I love what Alex and his team have done with the place! The ice cream flavors and variety of toppings are very good. The lemonade beats Del’s by a mile!
If you’re lucky, you might catch one of their trucks leaving or pulling up. Haven’t gone yet for the live music and entertainment. But this shack is a good option if you’re not able to catch one of their trucks around RI / MA. Stop by!

We had a palagis truck come to our house today. I gathered the neighborhood kids and we all enjoyed a special treat. So much fun. We will be doing it again before the school year starts.

Ordered truck was quoted $150 bill was $230 driver could not provide number of ice cream sold. No idea how driver came up with total amount. Alot of ice cream for 30 people

Shame on Palagi’s ice cream for showing up at Bellinghams fireworks when another truck was hired and raising funds for local Veterans. It was an invitation only event and they knew it! When asked to leave they refused and took money directly away from veterans. Owner also knew after being called and refused to send them away. Not a good way to do business.

Unfortunately they don’t pay their vendor fees. They owe my org money for a vendor spot in October, still waiting for payment. Pretty awful thing to do for a charity event.

My niece requested the ice cream truck to come to our party as a surprise for all the little kids. She needed to change the time and it was confirmed. Turns out, they came two hours early and went to the party up the street first. He came to our party and one guest who was outside reminded him the arrival time was 8pm and not 6. He never came back. We had about 12 kids waiting outside on the front lawn for an ice cream truck that never came. Very disappointed. And the driver confirmed with my niece of the time change!! Never again will I buy from your truck.
I had orange pineapple ice cream in a cup and it was Scrumptious. Best I've ever had. Clean area and friendly staff.

I can’t say enough compliments to this ice cream truck company. They were quick and response when requesting a truck last minute for our family party. Oscar was the driving and he was sooo kind to all the kids they loved him! Awesome customer service and choices for ice cream.

Nice place. It is a bit hidden but the staff was pleasing and helpful. If you want some slush heres a place for you. They also have ice cream. Will definitely return.
