Ordering here recently is hit or miss. More miss than anything. Most the time when I call they tell me they don't deliver. It clearly says they do and I've been ordering from there for years. Idk if its just employees not wanting to work or they have a delivery call service now who don't know how to do their jobs. Either way I'm done trying to order from them.

I called and ordered an order delivery, and the order didn't deliver!I tried repeatedly to speak to the manager, but I think they didn't have a manager Because every time they disconnect.Very bad service I do not recommend this place at all

Made a huge mistake today10/4, thought I would try some wings from them for the first time, worst wings ever. What I got was 8 whole chicken wings that were halved for $16.00, absolutely no value there, a total rip off. I will NEVER order anything from them again. Have to go back to making my own wings which are much better...

Absolutely terrible place to represent Papa John's Pizza. The pickup order that I placed over the app when I was about 15 minutes away ended up taking over 45 additional minutes to wait for. I waited just to find out that my order was made incorrectly because the pizza maker was unable to follow the radial options enabled on the app. She was just putting in the oven. Basically, I wouldn't recommended nor will I return to this franchise.

Spoke to a guy over the phone, the guy sounded very rude and condescending. Super unfriendly. I used to be a regular, now I’m never going back there! Terrible customer service.

Ordered an Italian Sandwich.Couldn't Get Lettuce or Tomato On It.Just Onions and Sauce.It Was Tasty However ?
not only did we wait 1hr and half for our pizza but it was so cold when we got it. called the store to speak to a manager and got the WORST customer service ever. spent 70$ on pizza to get treated like I wasn't even a customer there. SMH never will i order from this store again

Ordered from here online i accidentally ordered canadian bacon instead of bacon. I understand that I messed up but the way the employees of this place handled it was unacceptable. Explained the whole situation and they offered to deliver another one and just pay delivery fee so I agreed. Ended up providing my current number because i didnt realize i didnt update my number on the site, they said it was wrong and the call disconnected, i called multiple times just to be disconnected over and over again. I called for the final time and someone else answered just to get laughed at and hung up on once again. Im never ordering from this specific store again just from by the way the employees handled this whole situation.
