Sorry to say but their pizza has really gone down hill. This is the second time we’ve received pizza’s that look like they were made by a child. Toppings just thrown in the middle of the pizza or cheese not even covering the whole pizza. The crust is also not what it used to be.

This place dough is always uncooked doesn’t matter what I order from there .. it’s sad the people they put in the kitchen doesn’t know how to cook . Makes me never want to order from them again, I’d rather go to mineral spring ave instead , they make it the best over there

I use this Papa Johns, Smithfield Ave, Pawtucket, RI. Check it's hours. I come here for a late nite pizza for home, most to the fridge for reheating or cold. Many times use phone app to order , prepay, and pickup on way home. When picking up friends or family at PVD airport , late nite arrival, great for snack in car on way home. Not busy at these times, good quality food and service, and parking easy in and out, about 5 min drive south to access rte 95N/S (less than 30 on hiway to PVD airport, check traffic on GPS).

Terrible I ordered thru uber 2liter orange soda not a hint of cold it was never in the fridge blue cheese sauce missing I paid not there asked for well done it came floppy dough crust barely cooked terrible novrefund or credit when it was thier product nevervagain

The customer service team at this location are absolutely amazing!! The service is quick and the staffs are beyond friendly while providing great Pizza & Desserts cooked to perfection. Especially when they make my latest addiction/craving from Papa John’s which are those Eight sweet bites of OREO Cookie wrapped in fresh dough, drizzled in icing served with cream cheese icing dipping sauce! They’re absolutely delicious and my favorite! High quality for sure. 👍🏽

Very disappointed! I ordered the NY style pizza with extra cheese, and all I received was a flat pizza with very little cheese. And this is third time it happened to me in the last two months. So, I don’t think I would be ordering any more pizza from them for quite a while.
