Food is great for casual dining. However, I waited 10 minutes to pay for dine in. Service here is never consistent because the 2nd visit, the server was inattentive and slow service.

I have dined at Pho Horn's intermittently for over a decade now, and have never been disappointed with the quality of food or service. The fare is deliciously authentic Vietnamese, and the pho is immaculate, regardless of preference for simple or traditional tastes. Love it and intend to return soon.

I’ve been going to pho horns for at least 7 years. I used to be really happy with their restaurants no complaints. The last 5 times I’ve either DoorDashed , dined in or just picked up I’ve been disappointed. Mostly with their portions. Today I ordered a #18, X-Large beef pho , and a chicken large beef pho yellow noodle both portions were the same and both were a very small portion I’m sorry to say i will not be returning to give my business.
Ordered delivery to hotel a couple hours ago. All items were delivered. Half the order was hot and half was lukewarm. Unfortunately the pho broth, which was supposed to be hot enough to poach the thin raw beef, was cold.

I come in from woonsocket because they have tripe ! its hard to find tripe around my way .

This place gave me food poison! Still going in and out of the toilet! First and last time to this place. The light is so dark you won’t see what the heck you eating. Try it for yourself but be warned!
