I am grateful for the service provided and the quality of food I get. I am mentioned and greeted by name, and if an employee does not know my name they still greet me kindly. If I have a question, if the staff doesn't know they ask another staff or contact Daniel (the store manager), who is polite. Thank you for providing one less meal I have to make and it's tasty too. I also like the rewards that is offered through the app. The app as a whole for pizza hut could be better, FYI!

I ordered $100 (with tip) worth of food for the Super Bowl. I was shocked when I got home and found both pizzas to be extremely wrong compared to my order and an entire order of wings missing. What's my frustrating is the Pizza Hut CS has completely ignored me and continues to send me automated "We sincerely apologize and are looking into it messages" with no resolution. I'm very disappointed in Pizza Hut in general and will never frequent again.

For what they charge, the pizza shoulda been ALOT better. I think for the crust they used the cardboard that was supposed to be for a box. Paper thin and definitely missing something, it hurt to chew, it was worse than frozen pizza. Other than that the driver was really nice.
