I am grateful for the service provided and the quality of food I get. I am mentioned and greeted by name, and if an employee does not know my name they still greet me kindly. If I have a question, if the staff doesn't know they ask another staff or contact Daniel (the store manager), who is polite. Thank you for providing one less meal I have to make and it's tasty too. I have never experienced a place that has rewards and not be able to redeem them in store. Unless this Pizza Hut simple want's to rip people off, which It genuinely feels like I was: If you place your order inside there is no pick up deal, which is insane! And then they charge $19 and change for 1 large 2 topping hand tossed, $18 and change for a medium
(who would pay $1 less for medium?)… $14 for the same large w/ tax on my app. Never ordering with a human inside...

very mediocre experience. Food was heavy and greasy, only took about one slice for me to feel sick to my stomach. Cheesy bread was good. Breadsticks were good. The chicken wings were surprisingly palatable. Service was ok nothing spectacular. Atmosphere was horrible and depressing. None of the shades were open and the whole store was just dingy.
