One of my favorite breweries in New England!

I came here while waiting for a game to start at Untapped. The Be Fruitful Blueberry Sour was delicious and it was quite helpful that there was a food truck outside that catered to my hunger needs. I highly recommend this brewery and give it my golden stamp of approval! 5/5

Great spot, incredibly accommodating. The beers were delicious and the staff was great. Hit this brewery up if you're in town, phenomenal experience.

Great little brewery just over the Pawtucket line. Smug has a variety of good beers but their sours are especially good which helps them stand out from all the other breweries in the area that seem to specialize in IPAs. The interior of the brewery has an industrial feel, with the bar, a couple benches, and some tables with stools to sit at. They also host a music bingo night which is a lot of fun. Good place to check out if you’re looking to grab a beer!

Lots of sours on tap, people and staff are friendly, and a lot of events to enjoy. Only issue: parking can be tricky, so go early and go often!

Man, let me tell you 'bout this brewery we stumbled upon. It was in this ancient, like really old building, man. We're talkin' halls and corridors everywhere, like we were lost in a freakin' maze. It felt like we wandered into some old-school, maybe a converted school house or somethin', you dig?But hey, gotta give props to the staff, man. They were super friendly and helpful, like the chillest dudes around. The service was on point, no complaints there. They had our backs, makin' sure we were taken care of.Now, here comes the bummer, man. The beer, oh boy, it was below average, to say the least. Some of it was straight-up bad, like a bad trip, you know? We were hopin' for some mind-blowing brews, but sadly, they fell short. The flavors were subpar, not livin' up to our expectations. I had the IPAs. A friend has a sour that was pretty good. Maybe the other styles are better than their IPAs. But you know, it's like I always say, you win some, you lose some, man. While the beer was a letdown, the friendly staff and great service made up for it a little bit.

Good quiet place with different themes for each beer. Best beer is Driving Miss Hazy. Bartenders were super nice. Hats off to whom came up with "Talk to me Goose" we'll come back again!

I am leaving Smug brewery with a smile! Super friendly service (I felt like I had known the bartender for years) and tasty beers! The Gourds Gone Wild is the BEST beer I've ever had and the sour was wonderful as well.I can't wait to return to Smug!

Smug Brewing has consistently put out some of my favorite sours in RI. I’ve had both their blueberry and raspberry sours and both were excellent. The employees are all so friendly and the vibe is great. Tons of seating and game options for large groups too. Hope to see them bring back the raspberry sour soon!
