Even though the workers were patient with me and they just updated on Google and their website says they take snap, they would not accept it. They didn't really honor the coupon I used for sandwiches that were eligible. Please update your website accordingly

I used to eat at this SUBWAY for a few years straight, almost every day. Today I ordered a foot long turkey. They was 3 pieces of cheese, (1/2 a piece each) There was very little lettuce 3 pickles 3 slices of tomato and a sprinkle of onions. This was by far the skimpiest sandwich that I have ever ordered. When I questioned the sandwich artist she told me she was told to make it this was and not to put much lettuce on it because its not a salad. You have a lot of competition around you and for $11.99.00 I see no value in eating here again. Bill

I was here to pick up an order for someone else. But tonight’s manager is just so so sweet and so patient and soft spoken. And calm and kind trainer. As busy as the store was getting. It was a great sight to see. Very rarely are there managers this patient and kind while training and tending to all kinds of customers.

20 minutes ago, my husband bought at this place. It took the woman in charge 25 minutes to serve the 2 people in front of him, when it was finally her turn, she didn't know how to use a discount coupon and didn't want to try again, so my husband told her to charge She didn't want more than 26 dollars with a $100 bill either, she was rude, so he paid with the card and she threw him the receipt with "0" kindness. A person like this should not work taking care of other people.

I went in to get my food. The lady stated she gave someone else my food. She tried to explain a whole story to me when it had nothing to do with me at all. I ordered directly through the subway app for pick up. We even showed her my order confirmation, the email, and the payment from my card. It was her mistake that she gave my order to a doordasher or whoever. She refused to remake my food and give it to me or even give me a refund! Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this! Awful customer service!

If you have to drive further to another subway do it. Very understaffed and always out of items every time I visited. How can you be out of items at noon time, you expect that near closing time not during prime hours of the day. Out of cheese out of cold cut combo. The most basic item on the menu. Whole experience was disheartening.

I don’t often write reviews that but I felt the need to write and share my experience at this Subway last evening. 1st of all when I entered the this Subway in my neighborhood of Pawtucket I wasn’t greeted but just asked if I was picking up an order which I was not. The young lady preparing my chicken teriyaki 6” sandwich with gloves on kept holding/adjusting some clipboard hanged on the wall. Then when I got to pay at the check out to my amazement the cost was $9.69 - $2 more than other surrounding Subway locations @ $7.13 for the exact same 6”, so I asked why such a huge difference? And the cashier responded with an attitude that: she is not the one pricing the menu, so Shocked I left and will never go back there - for that price I can get almost a foot long as; thought all Subway franchise prices were the same as is it for others.

They barely had any supplies. Out of herb and cheese bread, no ice, only medium cups and I couldn't leave a tip for the nice associates because I was told there boss takes any electronic tips they get. Never going again.
