Been a loyal customer for over 20+ yrs and never had an issue til lately... past 2 times my order has been wrong and no help with fixing the problem. Went back to return the chicken fingers to get the chicken teriyaki (which I ordered) and "Christine" said "Ohh I'm sorry I put fingers instead of teriyaki, so you can keep this but need $7 for teriyaki..." so even tho you admit you was wrong I still have to pay for your mistake... I ordered take out for first time from Super Dragon today. I had read mixed reviews on other websites so I was a little nervous. But the women I ordered from on phone was super nice and when I picked up she was just as pleasant. Food was ready when expected, nice and hot, and huge portions for super cheap! I ordered the #8, chicken fingers, crab and pork fried rice. Everything was really good I will definitely be ordering again to try more.
