The girl told me that they changed the hours, because many workers got covid. She was very nice, but messed up my order completely. I asked for no lettuce and sour cream on a beef taco with hard shell. By the time I got home, the tacos were full of lettuce and tomato. I tried to scrape it off, however the whole taco was basically lettuce. Fast food isn't cheap anymore, and I'd like to get what I paid for.

Don't understand how you can order 6 tacos specifically and somehow 3 are correct and 3 are completely off. Not the first time this has happened.

reviewing one store of a national chain seems ridiculous, but since they changed location this specific restaurant has become terrible. they used to be a perfectly normal taco bell, now slow and crappy

This is not my favorite Taco Bell as they usually do not get my order correct, despite ordering thru the mobile app... but their new policy that was implemented recently has made it so I will NOT return. I ran over there on my lunch break, so as you can imagine I was on limited time. I ordered on the mobile app and upon check out, selected "Pick up in Drive Thru". When I arrived, I sat in the drive up line for 10 minutes to get to the speaker only to find out that they changed their policy and you can no longer pick up mobile orders in the drive thru - even if you chose drive thru on the check out. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of being "MOBILE" and making it easy for the consumer?!? So, now after waiting 10 minutes in line already - I have to wait behind the four cars in front of me getting their food to pull into the parking lot, park, shut off the car, grab my purse, and walk to the door to retrieve my food. But, here is the kicker - there is absolutely NO signage stating what door to go to. The doors you would assume would be the ones are locked. You have to go to the front of the building to the door that is never used - and ring a doorbell that anyone under 5'5" couldn't reach if they tried. Now for the kicker - drive all the way home and my order is WRONG! Save yourself time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

The 675 Beverage Hill Taco Bell in Pawtucket, RI 02860 is home of the worst experience I have ever had with any Taco Bell in decades. I had a late night taco craving, drove there at 10PM. There was 3 people in the line ahead of me. I came up to the speaker to order the "Burrito Cravings Pack" which featured 3 5-Layer Beefy Burritos & 3 Shredded Chicken Burritos. I added a Mexican Pizza. I pull up to the drive-thru window only to be told to pull up in the front of the store and wait. The line starts getting busy, 5+ people showing up..I'm over there in the parking lot waiting 20 minutes, 30 minutes, starting to get irritated. A guy from Grub Hub comes and waits at the door to be let in for 15 minutes and said forget this and left. Another 15 minutes go by, just sitting there. The line is packed out of the driveway. By the time I got my order I had looked at the clock and realized I had been sitting there for OVER an hour with my headlights facing the front of the store to hint that I was there waiting. After opening up my bag, I had seen all 6 burritos sitting on top of my Mexican Pizza which was complete mush from the weight of the burritos sitting on them. Why would you put a Mexican Pizza on the bottom with 6 burritos on top of it? What kind of business does that? I re-visited this area a few weeks later in hopes that they would have their stuff together by now. Not the case. I ordered the same exact thing, and the Mexican pizza was on the bottom crushed once again (even after I specifically asked the drive-thru person at the speaker to PLEASE put the pizza on TOP). The wait time was much better, but the ultimate quality was ruined again by poor service. I've had my order need to be corrected many times, often 9/10 times I have to go back in line and have them fix my order. Between Items missing, no sauce given, wrong burritos given, etc. It's always something with this place. I decided to go inside to get an idea of how it's run and all I can see is young adults in their mid to late 20s having a grand old time laughing, throwing things, throwing F bombs, N words, etc. Not a very friendly crowd. One guy dropped nacho cheese cups on the floor (They were empty) and jumped on them laughing. Sometimes they're not dressed in uniform. I became hesitant to return to this location but decided to give it one more try. After arriving this time, the pavement was LOADED with Pot Holes everywhere! I almost damaged my car just trying to get into the drive-thru. I complained about this several times and was told by the employee's of the taco bell that they already know about it and told the "people higher up in the chain" and told me that the people higher up don't really care. I later tagged the CEO via Twitter and a few weeks later the pavement was fixed. I'll leave a picture of the devastation of pot-holes in the pavement which took 3+ weeks before any work had actually been done. Update: The pot holes were fixed about 3-4 weeks later...but still leaving the picture to show how bad it had been.
